I bought their chain lube kit for my royal enfield classic 500. I used the product as instructed by using the cleaner spray and supplied brush which worked very quickly and very efficiently, I then dried it using a cloth, then applied the lube, as I rotated the rear wheel I could feel the wheel rotating much smoother. The product has a claim, will not fling off, which proved to be true. Great product would highly recommend.

I placed my order everything was in stock and was delivered very quickly.Im really impressed with everything I received and I shall b ordering from them again in the future

I had a problem with the chain alignment laser which wasn’t working.
I informed them of the issue, they sent me some things to try. When the laser still didn’t work, they sent me a replacement which arrived the next working day.

Absolutely amazing customer service provided by Tru Tension, resolved my concern very promptly and provided me with their latest bike cover which is amazing! I have been using Tru tension products for 2 years now and can safely say they are robust and effective in their purpose

Not too bad for the products themselves but the bottle sprayer and lids on their spray cans are terrible.
The monkey juice spray bottle leaks all over your hands and the silicone spritz can sprays out the side of the lid as well as out the nozzle. Unless I just have a bad batch?

Very disappointed with the large mystery box I received yesterday.

I think you really need to ask customers a few more questions before sending these out, simple things like whether they run tubeless or tubed tyres would make a big difference. As it stands, I’ve received a lot of items that just aren’t suitable for my setup, and some of it looks like stock that’s been sitting on the shelf for a while.

There’s no Grime Guard included, just basic cleaning products, and not even any brushes. Instead, I’ve ended up with a cheap bike lock and a saddle bag, which makes no sense for what I actually need or what you advertise to be in the boxes!

Overall, it feels very poor value for money and, honestly, quite misleading. Looking at other feedback on Facebook, it seems like this is a common experience. Don’t go for it you will regret it!

Bought a bundled pack along with additional disc lock. Have used everything other than a couple of the cleaning items.

The motorbike cover is of excellent quality, great size and worth the money. Don't by cheap, get yourself one of these.

I had a large order of Christmas presents from Tru-Tension. There was a delay due to stock issues, they were very responsive when I enquired about the delay and marked my order for express delivery, as I had a deadline to meet.

The parcel arrived on-time, unfortunately the DPD drive threw it at the ground outside my house, which split some of the contents, which meant I couldn't gift them as planned.

I complained to DPD and reported it to Tru-Tension. Again, their excellent customer service shone threw as they shipped replacements within days. EXCELLENT customer service, will definately use them again

I haven't used this company before so I was a little apprehensive but I needn't have worried. I placed my standard order for a small mystery box on Wednesday and it has been delivered today - Sunday. This is great delivery service and I think the fastest delivery I have received, especially during this busy Christmas period. I appreciate it is a mystery box and with mystery boxes anywhere, such as A or the lost property ones you can buy, they are always a gamble and should be treated as such - the fun is seeing what is inside them. However, I haven't opened it because whatever is in there would be a total mystery for me as I am not a biker so I wouldn't know whether its contents are good or not so good - its a stocking filler for someone. The box measures 230X300X90 so a little larger than I was expecting too. Very pleased with service, the packaging, the box and whatever is in there, and I am sure the recipient will be pleased too. Thank you to the team at Tru-Tension.

Poor communication. They didn’t reply to my messages asking when my order would be shipped. Then they shipped only one part of the bundle I ordered. Took a long time to receive it.
Avoid!

Had a small piece missing from my original order but they sent a replacement immediately. Great service.

Absolutely fantastic just got the large stash box for a Motorbike and trust me absolutely fantastic, massive amount for the money paid , good quality stuff, got my son the motorbike chain lube full set last year and had a very jealous husband. Definitely worth it!!

Worst company ever to deal with said my parcel has been delivered id love to know where zero customer support crap company avoid just thieves take your money then lie to you £70 down and no products trading standards involved now avoid avoid avoid

Just received my large mystery stash box and was very surprised with the contents, nice mixture of items all totalled up to £180 so good value for only £65 so good I just bought another one hopefully won't get the exact same items.

Ordered a mystery box two weeks ago.
They stated it had gone to Evri and was then delayed.
I’ve emailed 5 times and zero response.
Nothing delivered and I’m fifty quid down.
This company is a scam and I’m seeking legal advice.

Just received my grime guard and cleaning kits (bought one for me and one as a gift) all seems good except that there are no rivets included with the Grime Guards to join the top and bottom sections together, therefore they are unusable.

Great product! Keeps my breaks clean and out of the way. From the other side of the pond.

Have recently bought a few bits including both motorcycle chain and laser monkeys as well as cleaning products. Do the job without being overly engineered which in turn inflates prices. Good customer service too.

My order arrived as requested and all on a good timeframe.
