Beautiful set of earrings at a fantastic price, plus I was lucky enough to have a free gift! Arrived really quickly from purchase and packaging was nice and secure.

Manufactured diamonds, but having said that, a beautiful item of jewellery. Received in no time at all ! Good value for money, looks good. I like the free jewellery cleaner.

Reduced the product by 1/3

Reduced the product by 1/3, wouldn’t refund the difference but I could return and reorder at a cheaper price, customer service needs looking at as this is a stupid process, you can’t keep emailing cheaper offers after customers have ordered !!

In our earnest and sincere efforts to provide our customers the very best value, it occasionally happens that an individual item is promoted at two different prices within a short period of time. We are so sorry that this worked to your disadvantage on this occasion.

Our policy, on the rare occasions this has taken place, has been to credit the difference to the customer’s account immediately it is brought to our attention. We apologise that our customer service associate gave you a different response. We will be dealing with this internally.

In the meanwhile, we have gone ahead and processed a refund to your card account.

Stone fell out within 20 minutes of wearing it!.. also the stones look the same as any other glass cut stone, they have no color to them, the ring itself was beautiful, just a shame it was like any other glass cut dress ring. The customer service I received was excellent though, I couldn't fault them at all, ni quibble money back before I had even sent the ring back
