I just ordered some stuffs from this website. This is the first time I purchased here actually but I still give 5 star rating due to their great attitude when I asked a lot of questions

Great results!

I purchased the white and black system initially. I used it for a awhile then took a break and was using other products. I noticed the difference between the 2 and had to go back to using the Truffoire line. Take some before pictures. Of course the sales men are charming. Overall a pleasant experience in King of Prussia Mall, PA

I was skeptical, especially at such an expensive price point, but I completely fell in love with the volcanic trio results!

I love your website and made one purchase and appreciated the chance to save money on additional products! I'm retired and really do appreciate the chance to enjoy your products and afford them with your discounts.

Just starting with these products (black truffle repair serum and the white truffle eye serum) - both are excellent! Hope to try more!

I do think the eye product is working, but it's so expensive! I've used it 4 days so far, and I do see results under the eye. I didn't like the sales tactics used. I feel like I was pressured to make the purchase.

While Truffle Day Moisturizer is luxurious. A softly scented rich cream which makes your skin glow without feeling greasy. The Truffle day cream illuminates your skin so you look brighter and my face feels protected. I use on my chest and neck as well when I really want to look my best.

I have used many facial serums, nothing comes close to truffoire. I initially bought the facial wand, so wonderful, with several products I loved it the results were unbelievable, I had several spots that I could not get to go away, with the serum, the facial peel and the syringe my complexion has improved to almost flawless I will definitely continue to buy this product and use it as directed.

I have found that the red light treatment has made a difference in my skin since I started using this product. I have been using it since middle of March. Not only does my skin look healthier but the pain in my hands is gone. I am now using the red light therapy on my neck as well.
Also, my consultant, Albina is totally awesome. She has become a friend and I enjoy my time with her and her facials are just GREAT!! Albina works in Calgary, Alberta. I will be going back to see her!!

I usually walk through The Cataraqui Centre in Kingston as it across from *Kingsgate*, a condominium where I reside. I was going to the escalator when this friendly, beautiful, young lady asked me if I wanted to try one of her products, for under my eyes! After looking in the mirror there was no doubt in my mind that this refreshed my appearance! She advised me to use it once/wk and I should see a refreshing look!

The concierge listened to my requests and allowed me to get the products I needed.

After my previous review they replied instantly about how sorry they are and hke they wanna fix it for me. Surprise surprise, no follow up. Disgusting scammers!

I have been very happy with my purchases and am excited to try the instant repair syringe i got for my son! Btw he's been using my white truffle moisturizer's which are very hydrating, making my skin so soft.

I purchased some eye creme and other items from retailer in Kona, HI. While I was on vacation. Of course I was lured in by a consultant who offered me a free treatment which would remove lines and puffiness from my eyes. It seemed to make an improvement, so I went ahead with their offer, several hundred dollars in products. The next day I had an allergic reaction where my eyes were itching and watering. When I returned home later that week I contacted the number on my receipt and could not reach anyone, so I left a message. I never heard back after several days, so I kept calling. Finally a guy answered "Hello." I thought maybe I had the wrong number. He advised me that my reaction must have been caused by the sun, not the product. He advised me to open it and try it again and that he would refund me if there was still an issue, I did the next day and had the exact same reaction. I could never reach him again after many attempts. I then tried Truffoire customer service by email, who advise me that they would try to reach the Kona location. They responded several days later saying that someone would be contacting me from the store. I never heard back, so I kept trying the phone customer service, but they kept saying that they could not help since it was purchased from a retailer. I eventually reached someone a couple of weeks later who said they would refund me for the purchase, after I explained. They even transferred me to a validation service to provide my credit card for the refund. This made me nervous, but I went ahead. It's been over 2 months now and no refund ever appeared. I kept trying to reach customer service with no success. Eventually I received a message saying that their number could not be reached from my calling area. My emails have also gone unanswered.
Do yourself and avoid this company at all costs. If you are not satisfied or have a bad reaction to their products, they will not stand by it.
