I booked football tickets through TrustedSeats on 31 July 2025 for a match in Italy, planning an entire trip from the UK around the game for my partner’s 30th birthday. TrustedSeats accepted full payment and confirmed my order immediately.

More than ten weeks later, on 13 October 2025, just days before the match, I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled due to a “technical issue” and that the tickets were never actually available.

When I questioned this, TrustedSeats admitted that tickets on their site are sold based on “anticipated availability” rather than confirmed inventory — which directly contradicts their website’s promises of “flawless ticketing operations” and “100% certainty that tickets will be on-time and valid.”

Their late notice left me out of pocket for travel and accommodation costs, and their response was limited to a basic refund. They also failed to reply to follow-up emails for several days, despite claiming to offer “readily available” customer support.

I would strongly advise others to avoid TrustedSeats if you’re expecting guaranteed tickets. The company’s marketing gives the impression that you’re buying confirmed, official seats, when in fact they may not have access to them at all.
