Excellent service and always recommend this company to secure my website.

We have done a lot of business with Trustico, but their understanding of client relationships is different from what we expected.

They cost us heaps of time and money, showed that they are not to be trusted, and we will never spend a penny with them ever again.

Shocking behaviour, shocking way to treat your customers. I hope they get their just desserts, and go bust.

Awful, just awful. Will see them in court.

Leaked private keys to get a mass revocation of certificates filled to push customers to different cert providers. Storing private keys is a big no no. Bad Trustico, Bad.....

Due to my own staff, my website went down on a Sunday (SSL was not installed correctly). I really needed to contact someone at Trustico as it could be an easy fix. Yet on Sunday there is no one there. The help phone line has an automated answer but then no one comes. Just dead air.

So the website is down and this is bad. Where is the 24/7 support?

In fact I writing this review in the hope that someone gets back to me today.

Ordering the SSL certificate was easy!! Trying to get it installed in an IIS server was an absolute nightmare... The answer, badly formatted emails resulted in KEY bits of information being missed on the first, second and third readings!!

Its a shame as it was good until I hit issues, all of which could have been avoided if information was clearer in their communications.

Couldn't get the certificate to work as it wouldn't install on my server. I say certificate, because they don't send it to you like other companies.
Asked for a refund and they use every stalling excuse in the book.
The "offer" a 100% 7 day Guarantee that is complete and utter sham. I am still waiting! Diaboloical company and on my experience I would avoid like the plague. How they are allowed to operate in the UK is beyond me.
AVOID or you will probably regret it. Plenty of reliable SSL vendors out there - I went with Go Daddy and had my certificate within minutes, installed and up and running in a jiffy.

Easy, fast and cheap. Everything just worked.

I tried to install a trial certificate. the installation steps were very hard to follow. IN the end I bought a SSL certificate off my webhost and they installed it for me.

Bullish service. Nothing is done in time. Waited for my SSL for about a month and had to make a refund. Now I'm waiting for a refund for about 2 months

I have used Trustico a number of times now and have found your process for obtaining certificates to be a painless one. Less than 12 hours from start to finish (and most of the delay was at my end.)

I can't recommend Trustico highly enough for their customer service, I have been using RapidSSL and have had no issues with setting it up for my website.

I used their online step by step process on their website and found it to be easy to use and straight forward. They also emailed me appropriate documents and even followed up to make sure that I understood everything correctly. Any problem got solved within hours. Just brilliant.

I am not happy with the process, as i have paid for this service at a good price. But the matter of fact is that the SSL certificate is still pending after various calls to check on the process. If you can get back to me ASAP that would very much appreciated.
