15 days trying to find customer service
I made an order and somehow the shipment was returned to TRX thru UPS. I have been sending emails, have tried to find any possible way to communicate so I can get the goods I purchased. Seems weird to me, in today’s market and with all the available tools out there a company with such high prestige can not invest in Proper Customer Service.

Great customer service
Had an issue with the high demand meaning the kettlebells were sold out. Not to worry, received excellent customer service from Alek (UK store) who took care of everything. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March…
I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March from the uk branch, I then waited 6 days and had heard nothing. So I simply enquired where it might be, or on its way. Only to now be told they have sold out. Selling out (these things happen) but if I had not contacted them, I doubt they would have contacted myself. There was the lame excuse of a technical issue and this being the reason for them still advertising even though demand was clearly greater than their supply. At this point in the current climate you will be pushed to get this product from anywhere, it is just disappointing that the main supplier, cant get their act together.

TRX rules!!!!
After hours spend in front of computer a normal person simply go crazy without physical trainings. TRX is so effective. It calms my mind and helps my body to stay fit. Recommend to all boys and girlz as well.

Dårlig carrier for levering men fin service
Firmaet leverer fra Californien, men vælger desvære US Post, som leverer via Tyskland, hvor varen spilder 8 dage, inden den kommer til Danmark. Jeg foreslog fitnessanywhere, at de skulle anvende UPS i stedet for.
De telefonerede faktisk dagen efter for at forhøre sig om leveringsstatus. Det er godt gået!
