When I first got this, I was skeptical. When I first tasted it, it would good. The taste is great unlike other teas and lactation drinks. It definitely helped my supply when I first did it. The price is just right. I drink one cup before bed and do notice a huge difference when I pump at night and mid morning. I normally would pump 5oz each session, I now pump 9-14oz each session. I used to pump every 2-3hours, just to get 5oz each session, I pump every 4 hours and would get 8-10oz each session. This tea definitely helps me relax and rejuvenate myself! It’s only been a month! Definitely would buy more in the future!

There are so many products out there claiming to help with milk supply, but out of desperation I decided to try this tea as I wanted to continue my breastfeeding journey through my baby's first year and was starting to struggle with pumping after going back to work. I usually don't write reviews, but this tea has seriously helped me SO much. When I drink at least a cup a day, my first pump of the day went from 2 to 3 ounces to 5 to 7 ounces. It's helped alleviate so much stress and worry. It's also delicious!! My lactation consultant friend additionally suggested I add a splash of full fat coconut milk to the tea around my period when milk supply can naturally drop anyway, and I must say that it made the tea feel even more like a delicious treat! I'm a firm believer in this tea. If you're thinking about trying it, just do it! You won't be sorry.

I bought this product after trying so many other products (drink mixes, supplements, tinctures), and while this one is one of the better tasting things I've tried, I didn't get the increase I was hoping for. I have been drinking it for a month and a half. There is a slight increase in my milk production, but still drinking it and there hasn't been any more of an increase. It has helped one side continue producing milk, because that one has been struggling since I started breastfeeding. On one side I went from 1 oz to about 2-3oz per session, while the other side I went from .5 oz to 1 oz, which does help me continue to pump for my baby.

I have also tried various ways to prepare it, using hot water, hot milk, putting it in oatmeal, making a milk tea with it. The product itself is very versatile, just be sure to leave in original packaging because my first package I transferred to a different container when there wasn't that much left and the moisture in the environment caused to clump up.

Only giving it a 4 because I’ve only been drinking the tea daily for a few weeks so I haven’t noticed a significant difference in my supply yet. However, I love the taste and soothing feel of the tea.

I really wanted this tea to work, and had high hopes for it. Unfortunately after drinking up to three cups of it for an entire month. I didn’t see any change in my milk production. Not even a little bit. I continue to drink it at least once a day for another few weeks and nothing. Honestly not worth the money, and it doesn’t even taste good.
I also has a good amount of sugar in it which made me gain weight. A total lost in every sense.

I’ve been taking this tea almost a whole month and honestly I like the taste and how easy it is to make but as far as for my supply I did see a very slight increase nothing like I was hoping for, maybe I need to take it a little long as it dose say some moms may have take longer for full results.

This is my 4th time breastfeeding and I wish I had this with my other babies I started using it the day I had my baby in the hospital I drank it 3x a time like it said I could and by the end of the first week I could already see a difference and by the second week I was freezing bags for when I went back to work I had always been a under supplier or a just enougher and with the help of this I ended up a over supplier and managed to feed my baby plus freeze alot. I still give my baby some formula for weight reasons but for the most part this has helped me so much and I couldn't be happier with the product and also the customer service is amazing if you have questions.
The product its self can range from a fine powder with the consistency of ground cinnamon or it can end up clumped together which doesn't affect how it works and I found the taste strong but I love it like that its like you can taste it working I add some milk to mine which makes its almost like a milk tea and cools it off a bit for drinking right away.

I absolutely LOVE Beibei's Mama Flow tea!! As a mom of four, who breastfed all of my kids, this tea is legit!! It tastes good, and I saw an increase in my milk supply pretty quickly!

I will be referring all my breastfeeding family, friends and strangers to Beibei!!! Their brand is AMAZING!!

This tea has amazing benefits and has really been a huge part of breastfeeding journey. I used to give my baby formula 1-2 ounces at night but I haven’t needed to do that recently. I’ve been drinking the tea for 2 weeks now.

The taste is fine but I’m not noticing an increase when I pump nor my stomach flattening. Really kinda bummed about it. It’s been 5 weeks since I started. I drink 2 cups of the tea every morning.

I really like this tea and I do think it helps with my milk supply. My only complaint is that the third batch I received was clearly different than the first two - like missing ingredients. When I reached out to them, their customer service team responded right away, but basically said, that batches can vary.

I really notice q difference taking this tea.

I love this tea! Before I was barely producing enough milk and sometimes had to use formula so my baby would get enough to eat. But now after drinking the tea I no longer have to combo feed! And it tastes delicious

I love the taste n smell. I haven’t seen any difference yet but been drinking it every morning only 1 cup. The product is great and quality is awesome and my order always makes me happy.

So far I absolutely like it. I haven’t seen a significant increase in supply but I’ve only been taken my it two weeks. The taste is great and it’s easy to incorporate in my routine. Plus customer service was fast and extremely helpful when I had questions

I love the mama flow tea, it tastes great and helped increase milk production! I was pleasantly surprised that it mixes right into your water reducing mess while not having to deal with looseleaf tea. Will be purchasing again!

To be really honest, I was hoping this product was going to work, I have been drinking the tea twice a day for about a week now, I haven't had the luck of others to get an increase 🤷‍♀️ which makes me pretty bummed because I have had a hard time measuring it out with how clumpy and stuck together it is so I have been putting in the work, literally. 😢 Im not a fan of the taste even mixing in a juice or something doesnt help, its so bitter but I tried it. I have two unopened bags and one half full bag, and unfortunately its probably going to go to waste because if it isnt working, im not going to keep drinking it

Honestly I didn’t think the tea was going to taste good but it did and I really love the flavor. In my opinion I drink it by its self no milk or sugar. I have try it for 3 days and I do see the difference in my milk supply
