No customer service still getting billed on an account that cant be found on any of its platforms. I used it one day 6 months ago. Cancelled my subscription but yet still get an emailed receipt even though i cant be found. Date occurred every day for past 6 months

I have had some good results using this to generate AI voices, especially text to speech. But the feature I really liked stopped working, which is the ability to take recorded vocals posted to YouTube and convert them to singing by a celebrity. Their support is WORTHLESS, its a chatbot that says it is forwarding to a human but either NEVER DOES or they just NEVER REPLY. It's just designed to frustrate you and make you give up trying, which I did after so many tries that I wish I hadn't been so gullible.

paid for a "lifetime" subscription through apple app store, then when I tried to use it, I had zero credits. You have to buy credits - what was the payment for.

This app is a complete mess and scam.
The voice of the person advertising is not actually implemented in the app.
Even if you request a refund by e-mail, it will not be refunded.
It's a complete scam.
There are many better TTS programs than this.
Never use this application.

The app itself was actually decent- one of the better AI voice tools I found. The problem is their billing and customer service. I originally did the 1-week thing, and was charged the $7 or whatever. I used it for a day or two and then cancelled. I was charged again, and assumed it was a delay in the cancellation so wasn't worried. Then I was charged AGAIN, so double-checked that I did not have an active subscription and that it was cancelled both in the app and in my apple subscriptions. Yet again, I was charged a 4th time! So I deleted my billing information, confirmed the cancellation, etc. ... I've now been charged 5 times for a service I used for 2 days, my billing information was saved SOMEWHERE, even though I deleted it from my account, because I kept being billed. I've now had to dispute the 4 extra charges with my card carrier.
The customer service is (surprise!) all AI based- There are no ticket numbers or ways to reference anything. You never hear from a real person or get any followup.

I purchased pro on website. I got double charged, once for $49.99 lifetime access and another $39.99 for 500 credits on the same day (Oct. 17th). They never replied to me about it so I disputed the $39.99 with my CC and then they removed my lifetime access which I paid $49.99 and did not dispute. It's been over two weeks since I submitted chat, form, and email tickets and their customer service is crap and I still have yet to get a single reply from two weeks ago.

Please do not waste your money, hardy anything works i/people leaving , they'll go bust soon, you can have my credits....

Scam site and app

Long story short as soon as you download it they are super keen to sell you a lifetime subscription claiming it to provide a 95% saving. Well they would need to know how long you would live in order to work that out.
In actual fact they just want to sell you more 'Tokens' because what they don't tell you is that if you want to make an animated monkey say some words on a fake podcast that "that is the most Ai data heavy activity" and your gonna need to spend AT LEAST DOUBLE what you've paid for your subscription even if you opted for the cheapest one week subscription because that is £6.99 and the smallest amount of 'Tokens' you can purchase is £6.99!!! So yes, £14 in ten minutes to hear a couple of disappointing fake celebrity voices at too fast of a speed and make a shit monkey talk.

Wost support, i've tried to use the app but everytime i face a new problem, last problem the app says my "life-time" has expired, support doesnt reply for over 4 days.

not recommended, dont waste your time and money.

i really appreciate how efficient your customer agents are. they were able to help me with my concern regarding generating specific celebrity voices. keep up the good work team

DO NOT BUY THIS APP!
They never tell you that you can't use the web version of the same program because they can't link the website version to your google play app purchase for android! So they say you have to buy another plan on their website I purchase the the lifetime plan for android and went to log into the website version ( like every other ai app I have purchased for android, but they don't use your email on the android app for login so you are screwed! They say if you want a refund they can't do it, it has to be who you bought it through! Bull Shit! DON'T TAKED THE BAIT! They are a ripoff!

I felt this was a total scam. I would recommend to my friends that they avoid it. I encountered undisclosed terms and conditions after paying the fee that were unsatisfactory. I found their customer service to be useless

Total trash. Can't use the free trial for not a single voice over. Tried the browser version twice and it didn't do anything for over half an our. How am I gonna quality check this garbage before purchase? Never gonna use it again.

Claims to give a 7 day free trial. I was charged straight away for a year. I find the App too diffcult to use you have zero control over the foods etc you are adding. It defaults. Its not user friendly. I emailed them within 12 hours of my 7 day trial starting asking to cancel and refund and even after msgs on Instagram, Facebook, Email x 2 and the App store, I have received no response. THERE IS NO FREE TRIAL- THEY CHARGE STRAIGHT AWAY - CHECK OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS STATING THE SAME THING. Then they do not respond to you! I want a refund as I NEVER received my 7 day free trial and I am STILL within my free trial period!!!!!

SCAM!! I paid €64 for the lifetime pro membership but after a while they disabled it and the support is worthless!

I took the chance and took a lifetime premium subscription for 49 bucks.

It works for me, I get 300 instead of 100 characters, which is more than enough to create some funny snippets. The quality is not great, but definitely not bad either, hence the 4 stars.

I just started using it, but so far it worth the money.
