There is no way that this is a true and accurate description of TSG with bt.
Please look on Google it gives you a true description of TSG!!!
As a disabled couple we were totally shocked about the engineer that turned up to install an aerial. He parked up the road over two neighbours dropped kerbs which was very inconsiderate and not thoughtful at all, when there was sufficient access outside our premises. Secondly no overshoes were worn to protect us and the flooring no face mask no hand sanitiser. I gave this engineer the benefit of the doubt as he was very bulshy he said he would move his van after he inspected TV signal. He said he couldn't put the aerial on the chimney as was stated by BT that we insisted that that's where it has to go where the old aerial is situated. All he wanted to do was install it in the loft which was a no go area. He did not seem to be interested in our disabilities he just wanted to do it his way he even suggested about putting it on the side of the house which would have made it an ugly site for us and our neighbours. We politely asked the engineer to leave the premises we would never have or recommend this company again. It doesn't choose it's engineers properly.

This company TSG with BT, sent a so called engineer to put an aerial in the roof of my new home. When he had gone only BBC programs worked he had screwed the wires together and put tape around them and not even put them in a proper box a child could have done a better job. The next one managed to get the TV to work but it still gets pixelated. I am going to have to get a company in that know what they are doing. I think you need to re train your engineers TSG.

Dan arrived this morning to install an aerial to improve our mobile broadband signal and speed in a very rural area (EX19) in North devon. He was fantastic taking a lot of time and trouble to ensure we got the best signal and then when he fitted the aerial that all the external equipment and internal cabling was neat and tidy. We can't thank him or recommend him highly enough. Fantastic company who do what they say when they say it. We can now stream catch up TV, films etc which is brilliant!

Malcolm came to install an aerial in my flat which wasn’t straight forward as it was a loft installation but it was no problem for him and he was extremely kind and helpful and had it done in no time. Much appreciated

Daniel arrived on time having contacted me the previous evening. He coped with a problem with the aerial with great patience. He had to use all his knowledge and experience to finally solve the problem to his satisfaction and mine. His success came in time to stop me cancelling my BT TV account.

My engineer Chris was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. Despite it not being his job, he helped me find my Openreach socket as BT had created a lot of confusion, and advised me what I needed while I was on the phone to them. His own installation was quick and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend!

Scott k the engineer worked really fast and left no mess which is great while I’m working from home. He was kind, friendly and very professional.

Following my last review, I am now able to give tsg a good rating. After two disastrous visits by one of tsg’s aerial fitter, I received a phone call from Nick tsg immediately after my review went live. Nick sent along Craig who corrected the shoddy work that had been carried out. Craig did an incredible job putting everything right. He is a tidy worker and obviously takes pride in his work. Hopefully, the young lad who came out with the original aerial fitter will be given a chance to be taught by a more dedicated fitter.

Andy, if I remember rightly, turned up and gave me all the information I needed. I had already been told I would receive £90 out the £100 paid if I didn’t run with the installation and it was clearly not right for my home/circumstances. He put not pressure on whatsoever and actually gave great advice. This reflects well on TSG and EE also. This is the type of company I will recommend as they’ve clearly made a loss with me but are User Centred and know that great service by way of positive feedback and word of mouth will help build their company obtain an excellent reputation.
The call taker in their Birmingham call centre was also so polite. Thank you. Based in Cumbria.

Excellent service today. Had a TV aerial fitted with no mess and and everything was checked to make sure it’s working before he left...and it was 😃.

Had so much trouble with the TV connection until now so I’m very relieved. Thank you to Hylton for his excellent communication before and during his visit.

Jason A fitted an aerial at my home, on behalf of BT, this morning. He was helpful, polite and really efficient, and I can really recommend TSG.

We had a antenna fitted today by TSG to increase our 4G connection due to being in our rural area.
The engineer Dale Evans who turned up was excellent and followed all Covid protocols and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. Can not recommended enough, he found the best spot in our house for the antenna.

It was speedy and increased our speed by 45 mbps. He was chatty and had a great sense of humour. Amazing customer service, he rang us before the visit and explained the process as he went along making sure we were always informed.

Would recommend TSG for any further work we or family and friends we may need
