Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Boiler broken. Will only source the part from their supplier (despite being available at a merchant 200m away) - therefore without heating & hot water for over a week.... ãã£ãšèŠã

How are this company still in business? They are the most useless contractor ever. A2 Dominion should be held to account for using these cowboys. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, planning and execution of work.

This is the worst company to actually exist, how they're still working is beyond me!
I've been left with no heating or hot water for now 12days I've had to live off 1 electric heater to keep my 9month old warm, I was told I'd have someone come out on a 24hour emergency call out for them either not to show up or to turn up just before the end of the 24hours and by looking at other reviews everyone has the same experience! They don't have a clue what they're doing and they reboot the boiler and leave or don't know how to use the thermostat, I'm fed up of seeing f-28 show up and have nobody turn up, I waited in today for someone and had to call at 5:30 and be told nobody will be coming and I need to wait for my boiler manufacturer to call. When asked what can be done as I have a cold home with a baby they then tell me there's nothing they can do.
This is a shambles and shouldn't be allowed to happen! Definitely going to be sueing them.
It's absolutely inhuman in the winter!!
Least they can go home to their lovely warm homes and have a bath but not for us..

What an absolute shambolic company. Disgraceful customer service. Following on from my previous review, it is now coming onto over 3 and half weeks when an engineer came to carry out annual safety check and in doing so completely damaged our boiler (which was fully functional prior to his visit). We have had over 7 visits and engineer is unable to repair boiler. Each visit we are promised a date in which they fail to turn up keeping us waiting the entire day. Lack of communication from TSG is appalling. Customers are having to chase up appointments. There is no transparency. TSG donât take accountability that they sent an incompetent engineer leaving us without heating during the coldest nights weâve had so far! Our infant has suffered majorly as we are unable to bathe him regularly due to it being so cold. Insufficient hot water for showers. Due to Covid we are unable to even visit relatives homes for showers, leaving us in a vicious cycle. THIS CHECK SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE WINTER!!! So it gives plenty of time if there are any faults. Electricity bill is sky high due to the ridiculous fan heaters provided. WORST COMPANY I have every come across. This company needs to be reported for its negligence to customers and itâs utterly unprofessional service! If you give a time STICK TO IT. Housing association only use this because itâs CHEAP. No quality whatsoever. I have never been so disappointed in a company as TSG

Dreadful service. I have been without heat for over a week and hot water for 6 days. I had an appointment yesterday to have my boiler repaired and no one turned up. When I called for the 4th time I was told it had been cancelled with no call or explanation. Living in an ice box with 3 kids isn't what I should be doing.

A TSG left me with no heating and hot water for 2weks in December 2020. ( Baxi boiler 3yeras old so very common, plenty parts even on EBAY)
In January 2021 broke down again, so few days after has been fixed
I have been waiting for sameone half day and whole next day, engineer pop in 8pm.
TSG not understand some people are working.
Now I am waiting 7th day.. no calls nothing.
I have make numbers of calls but it is like waisting of time.
Oh I forgot to mantion, TSG in first time sent engineer to do Safety Annual Check when boiler has been totally dead (motherboard fault) what a shame.

I have had so many issues with TSG overâŠ
I have had so many issues with TSG over several years as an L&Q tenant. They don't show up when they say they will do. They sometimes claim to have attended the property and no one answered the door although no calling card was left - no phone call. Workmen from other companies normally make a courtesy call to inform clients when they're on their way to the property or call when they're at the door. TSG do their own thing which is a waste of time. Appalling.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the WORST company ever. It is coming up to December and I have no heating or hot water due to my boiler being faulty. I have a 1 year old and I did tell them that. It's been over a month now and my boiler still isn't fixed. They took 2 weeks to bring fan heaters to me. Once my boiler is fixed, I am going to sue this company for their negligence.
This is absolutely ridiculous and inhumane. I actually can't believe that this company is allowed to do this.
I will get what is owed to me.

As always my appointment was cancelled by their engineer last minute and a day wasted yet again. Waiting for the engineer to come is like hoping for snow in July!!!
Unreliable, unprofessional, rude, disorganised and full of BS.

Incompetent Cowboys
I could write a book about the many failings of TSG - so-called service engineers who turn up late, if at all, and spend more time on their phones than attending to a repair, etc - but Iâll stick to the main point of my issue, which is this: why do the majority of them seem to know nothing about boilers?! Once again Iâve had someone replace a part, only to leave me with the same problem (ie a poorly functioning boiler and no hot water) while claiming heâs fixed it, when he clearly hasnât. This has happened to me and neighbours multiple times over the years; in fact, Iâve only met two TSG employees who know what theyâre talking about and who actually do the job theyâre paid to do - OZZIE and MASOOD (who apparently was trained by Ozzie).
TSG are a disgrace.

Iâm only rating 1 star so I can leave a review. Appointment 1 , ( manager ) turned up a day early told me to get problem fixed myself, even though Iâm housing association . Didnât book 2nd appointment but someone turned up out of the blue, problem still not fixed. Appointment 3 ( supervisor) turned up a day early, problem still not fixed. Appointment 4 , right day, but they sent a plumber. Appointment 5, 2 engineers plus a manager who has the biggest chip on the smallest shoulders. Iâve never met any workmen whoâs as arrogant as this guy. How do firms like this get big contracts? Useless, rude and donât give a damn....
Not one I would choose if I had a choice
Probably one of the cheapest services on the market: hence top choice of many large landlords.
But hey, you get what you pay for.
Our experience in three years of using TSG as contractors of our landlord:
- Twice missed a 5-hours slot during weekdays
- Showed up late on a 5-slot during weekday
- Never followed-up on half-done repair, until we chased
- Turned up to repair a boiler in winter, just reset it so he could claim it was working, although he confirmed it will stop working again in a few hours, then left. This was after 9 hours wait for someone to show up on an âemergencyâ appointment.
Definitely not a company I would contract if I had a choice. Which seems to be their entire value proposition: more money for large landlords, less service for residents.
TSG Gas Contractor
TSG are the contractor for my housing provider. The service I have received from them has been well below the standard I would expect from a company winning contracts regularly.
They are known on my housing complex for not turning up to gas checks and then sending threatening letters despite not turning up! Taking photos of unlocked access doors claiming not to be able to access the properties?! Keeping customers waiting in their homes for gas checks and disconnecting gas meters instead of knocking on the customers door to complete the gas check!?
All of the engineers I have had the pleasure of meeting complained about being overworked making it impossible for them to attend properties in a realistic time. Some even forgo breaks to complete the 10 appointments booked in an 8 hour working window?
Not a company I would recommend....
