I ordered curtains. My selection of colour and material was aided by receiving fabric samples. The curtains are excellently made and the attention to finishing detail cannot be faulted. The curtains hang beautifully at the window. I would recommend this company to everyone. I experienced no problems throughout the process from ordering to despatch.

I requested samples which arrived very promptly the next day. Website was easy to order through and the blinds arrived just after a week later. Farely well wrapped and seemed really well-made, to the correct measurements and chosen backing. All good. The only things to let tuiss down were the plastic parts which connect the strings, are not robust enough and keep pinging off. And the winding mechanism itself, which, whilst looking good, wakes up the entire house. With 3 windows per room, it’s very noisy. We now jokingly call it "hoisting up the main sail". I would say a good experience but could perhaps be better. Many thanks!

To be honest I was a bit skeptic to start with, but placed the order anyway.
I was kept informed at all times and I received the blinds a week later.
They look absolutely stunning! Good quality material, good quality frame, plenty of wall plugs and screws included, plus a few extra wall brackets.
The only thing that could be improved is the length of the cord, but I understand that is so short due to child safety reasons.
I read in a review that the blinds were too short, I did not have a problem with that, but then again, I done the measuring proper and triple checked before placing the order, they fit absolutely perfect!

Satisfactory

I have previously bought 7 roller blinds from Tuiss, so as a satisfied customer I proceeded to purchase 3 Roman blinds. The Roman blinds are poor quality, crooked stitch lines on the rods, loosely attached cords and the "thermal lining" offer is questionable. The lining fabric is not thermal, thin and of poor quality. As a result of this I will not place any further orders and have informed family and friends of my disappointment with the product.

Ordered 3 samples - which arrived within a couple of days.
Selected our preferred shade and the finished product arrived within a week or so.
Only issue is a slight blemish on one of the slats.

From ordering samples to receiving my dining room blind I cannot fault the service. Everything was quick easy and hassel free. I was slightly worried about taking my own measurements but again the simple self explanatory guide was perfect. My husband was also able to fit the blind with no dramas. The blind is perfect. Credit where credits due, I cannot fault Tuiss.

Curtains are not as I expected, colour and texture are different to what I expected! Found a sewing needle stitched into the heading tape, which I pricked my finger on several times before retrieving it. Could have bought off the shelf curtains for a fraction of the price, will do next time!!! Also just noticed one curtain is slightly longer than the other.

It works! Just as advertised. Perfect fit and thoroughly satisfied

Ordered over the phone and spoke to a very helpful lady and ordered my Roman blind which arrived earlier than expected and were exactly as described and ordered. The Roman blind looks lovely. I would definitely use Tuiss again.

I have used Tuisss blinds in three houses now. Fast service, very high quality manufacture and easy to fit. Website is easy to use and samples are a big help. Can't fault this company and would recommend to everyone. Prices aren't cheap - but you're paying for good quality.
