Ordered a shirt with no pleats. Got a shirt with pleats 7 days after my order. Sent a photo and requested a return label for the pleated shirt. I asked for the correct shirt to be sent ASAP.
I got the return label and was told a new shirt would go out ASAP. I get a tracking number after 3 days and the new shirt is coming from Seattle. Took a week to get here as it spent 2 days 55 miles out of Seattle. The old shirt is a very nice Italian brand and the new shirt is Chinese junk. But hey no pleats. At least something was correct.

I recommend checking the price tag on fragrances, many of the fragrances are way overpriced like the (Ex nilho blue talisman) or the (Stephen Humbert Lucas series), these ones go for 200-300 dollars on any other website, but on tuxedo they go for over 300-700 dollars🥲 please avoid buying these and avoid scams

TUXEDO in Liquidation
Having received notice that Tuxedo and its associates had gone into liquidation, I had until 25th May to spend the money left in my account, or ask for it to be put into my bank. I spent all of it, except 13p and had no problems with using the card, both with swipe and PIN. I won't bother about the 13p, the account is now closed, but you can still access it via a smartphone, but not via a computer, as it will show a 404 Web fault.
I have put these notes on for the benefit of others.
This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace. I had an STA prepaid travel card that I used until the pandemic. There is still money on it which I want to transfer to my bank account. Not only have they been taking £1a month as the account is "dormant" but they are impossible to contact. My cards are now out of date so I can't use them and I wasn't offered an updated one. I have never been contacted them about anything. Until I saw the statement on this website I didn't know the eccount was being closed. There are three different email addresses on different parts of their website but they don't respond to any of them. The telephone number is closed due to covid! I have contacted their parent company IDS financial services who also don't respond.
It is small comfort that I don't appear to be alone.

I entered into a Tuxedo card scheme I was offered whereby I was told my money would be safe and I could use it as a savings account. This was 5 years ago and regular payments had been going into my account, I checked my balance regularly and the money was all in there and so I saw no issue. I was recently informed the scheme was ending and TUXEDO was soon to close their accounts and I had until the 25th May 2022 to withdraw my funds via my TUXEDO card or have a bank transfer into another account. I immediately tried my card in a cash machine but my PIN number no longer worked, I then tried contacting them over the phone to no avail. I have since emailed several times, my first contact was 31st March 2022 saying my pin was not working and I wanted my balance transferred to another account. The following day I had a reply from Amy saying she had found my account and gave me my balance, she asked for proof of name and address and account details of where I wanted the money transferring to. I immediately sent this information across the same day 1st April 2022 and have heard nothing since. I found another email address and sent all this information across again and a copy of my photo card driving licence and again I have had no response, it is now 11th April 2022 and I am still unaware what has happened to my money, could someone please help.???.This is my hard earned money, that I thought was safe?, I have a family of 5 to support and a mortgage to pay like everyone else, I really need my money I have bills to pay.

Following a review of the Eccount Money Prepaid Visa Card, we have made the difficult decision to close the programme. Today, we are officially giving 2 months’ notice to customers who are currently using their prepaid cards, to terminate the programme and the card.
Prior to this date you can continue to use your card to spend the remaining funds you hold on your card.
We are today providing you 10 working days’ notice, for the avoidance of doubt, 7th April 2022, after which time we will no longer be accepting further funds to your card and functionality within your online account such as viewing your balance will no longer be available.
You will continue to be able to view your balance at an ATM.
What does this mean?
On 24th May 2022 we will be formally closing the Eccount Money Prepaid Visa Card and customers will no longer be able to use their Eccount card.

Robbing a dead man
I am deeply shocked and disgusted by this company who calls themselves a bank, as I grieve for a good friend. He passed away in early September 2021, and left a Will asking me to be the executor. He stated clearly that he would like his remaining assets to be shared out equally to his Next of Kin's.
I have done everything that they have requested, but to no avail. I have sent them copies of the Death Certificate and the Will on numerous occasions as they requested. I was then asked to complete a Indemnity Form, which was completed then sent. I then received a email asking me for my bank details, and was told that I would receive a payment within 3 - 5 working days. I sent another email a week later informing them that it has not been received. I was then asked to provide Proof of ID for the next of Kin
and another copy of the Will. Copies of the Next of Kin's passports were provided, and again the Will. Finally they asked me for another copy of my bank details and to complete another Indemnity Form.
I have never in my life had to deal with a bank like this. I had to deal with a similar situation last year, and the bank dealing with it sorted everything out in a couple of weeks.
The emails that they send appear to be written by a child. The spelling and grammar is really bad, and do you notice that they never sign of with anyone's name. Only once they did and his name was Gareth. They fail to respond to messages and basically it looks like they do not know what they are doing.
These people are definitely scammers, to the highest order. They think that they can rob a dead man who was with them for years, well over my dead body. I will fight them tooth and nail to make the legacy of my dear friend apparent and understood!!
MISSING MONEY…
Nearly a week ago I transferred money from my tuxedo card to my HSBC account and it's still not arrived.
The customer services number isn't working, no one replies to emails and the lost/stolen card number just rings out.
I've used tuxedo card for years and have never had this problem, I don't know what's going on but I'm not leaving this. I will be getting my money back.

I have been struggling to get into my account, but keeps coming up as not active, so I try and ring which you can not and email which they do not reply absolutely fuming can't get a hold of anyone??????? Shocking service!!!! And I need the money in my account as soon as possible but how????
No customer service whatsoever - Avoid them like the plague.
I used an ATM in Fuerteventura 4 weeks ago. No money was issued, but the funds were withdrawn from my Tuxedo account.
I have tried phoning them without success - their call centres are all closed "because of COVID". I have sent a number of emails to all of the email addresses I can find, but they haven't responded.
I have also written to them this week at their published complaints address. They claim to respond within 2 business days, but I have heard nothing.
I have given onw star because it is not possible to give none. Their idea of customer services differs vastly from any other financial institution I have ever dealt with.
Tuxedo - Bank or Financial pretender
I'm adding my two penny'orth . . . Back in June 2018 I bought into an Easyjet prepaid Euro debit card which I thought would be useful compared with using my regular cards when travelling in Europe. Covid has curtailed my travelling and EasyJet has got problems but on 12/3/2021 I unexpetedly got an email from TuxedoMoney announcing the closure of my account; "this followed a service disruption with one of our suppliers". I was asked to provide a copy of my recent bank statement so that they could reimburse it "within 28 days". This has not happened even after follow up calls and emails. I would urge all money saving websites NOT to recommend prepaid cards; their backers are not regulated so the funds can 'disappear' - think Wirecard which I suspect has a hand in all this. Naturally I have misgivings about having supplied my bank account details to Tuxedo. Still awaiting reimbursement of 763 euros.
One day on and I've been asked to provide "more information". I really can't understand the reason for this request, having already fully complied with their requirements. Why can't the refund process be completed as a matter of urgency?
I will amend my review & star rating just as soon as the balance on the closed account is returned to me. Until then I will not be taking any further action. Again, all the information they wanted/needed has been supplied in full.
Good news! My current account has been credited with sterling equivalent of the Easyjet Euro debit card balance. I've double checked! Tbh I'm amazed that it happened so if this occurred because of my review on Trustpilot, THANK YOU Trustpilot (but what of individuals who are not so savvy?).
Still not sure how all the dots came together but I'm very happy to now raise my Tuxedo star rating from 1 to 5. Finally . . . so I got my money back but in future I'll just use my regular cards and take the hit of any incidental currency conversion charges.
