Ordered the made to measure door and received within 3 weeks. Great quality with easy intructions on how to install. All fitted and working within a couple of hours.
Support team helped over phone to get the door integrated to an existing Paxton Door Access unit as well as the remotes.
5 stars from me.

I have just completed the installation of A TWF roller shutter door. From order placement through to delivery TWF kept me informed on the progress. The delivery was on the day and time slot I was given and the driver was very polite and helpful in putting the package into my garage. Installation was very simple with the instructions provided and also by viewing the internet link to a video. Part of the installation is better carried out with three people but otherwise installation is well within the capabilities DIY if you have access to a few basic tools.
I highly recommend buying from TWF, the price is very competitive and the service is excellent.

Fitted my roller shutter door 8 weeks ago and I am delighted with it.

It was easy to fit as all the instructions were sent along with the door (and the company video on the internet / you tube). Everything needed to fit was supplied down to the screws and rawlplugs.

I wanted to ask a question for my own piece of mind about the door and the safety edge.

No problem the staff are happy to help, pleasant and well mannered. A pleasure to deal with. A 5***** rating from me. This applies from ordering to completion of the door. As a bonus it looks great. Many thnks to all at TWF.

We bought 2 garage doors and are really pleased with them and the experience. Laura was really helpful with the ordering, we are still in feet and inches and she made it so easy. Delivery was well within the 3 weeks estimated time. They were easy to fit in the garage.
We did have a problem with the electrical side of setting up the automated doors, but one 20 minute phonecalll with Tom talking us through it, stage by stage, was excellent, he was so clear in explaining everything.

TWF installed a new roller garage door on the 19th July work carried in a few hours and the old door etc taken away by the fitter well pleased with the door and work that was carried out at a reasonable price 👍

TWF supplied me a garage door to install myself, can't believe how easy it was. I managed to talk to someone technical to help with the measurements and got my door a few weeks later. Really easy to install, only took a morning and that included removal of the old up and over door and frame. Can't recommend highly enough!

TWF supplied me with a Roller Garage Door for me to install myself. I e never done one before but it was made simple with the detailed instructions that came with my delivery. The build quality of the door motor and electrics are very very good. I hit a few snags with the commissioning of the install due to my naivety and inexperience. I managed to speak to someone on a bank holiday and they talked me through my errors and the door was working perfectly in minutes. I would recommend TWF to anyone and everyone. 👏👏👏

Had a roller garage door fitted in Feb 2022.Brilliant service a1. Choose TWF as they are local and small business and glad I did great service and quickly fitted. I've taken delivery of two roller garage doors today to my site at Guyhirn in Cambridgeshire. Honestly, on the site both myself & my business partner agreed that fitting them was probably the easiest thing we've done so far. First one took us just over an hour as we were making sure everything we did was correct, second one took about 40 minutes.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys, extremely helpful, communication & delivery first rate, top notch product at a really good price & so easy to install.
We have more houses to build coming up & the garage doors will certainly go through TWF.

I purchased two narrow roller doors for self installation.Delivery was made as promised, the delivery driver was extremely helpful and quite obviously knowledgeable about the doors, he knew these were a diy installation but on leaving added “any problems just give us a call”. I have fitted one of the rollers today, I had a couple of queries and after calling and speaking to Steve these were all sorted. I can’t recommend this company enough from ordering, delivery and after purchase service they are second to none. I’m so impressed I want to work for them, sadly just a bit too far to commute.

Purchased my garage door but small mistake requested motor on right hand side but received motor on left hand side (small inconvenience). Fitted door on a Sunday an quick excellent support available very impressed. 10 out of 10.

I previously reviewed this company. My garage door has operated flawlessly since it was fitted.I closed the door yesterday onto an immovable object which I had accidentally left in the path of the door. The top plastic hinges snapped as a result. I contacted TWF late yesterday afternoon and ordered new hinges at a very reasonable cost.They were despatched immediately and arrived this morning. My door has now been repaired. Customer service from this company is exceptional. Many thanks TWF.
