There is always live online agents (no chatbots) and they are thorough and diligent to help you. They even informed me their was a newer better and cheaper data plan from them than I had before during one of my troubleshooting chats - not all companies would help you save money.

Robin was super helpful and was very clear in her instructions to where a 70 year old woman with a brain injury was able to follow along!

Uses Verizon and tech support is way better, service is way cheaper. Twigby is the way to go.
