Good. Poor booking arrangements with an assistant who didn’t seem very au fait with what was required.
Service carried out well except as usual tyres had not been pumped to correct pressures; and I had to take car the following day to local garage to fix an apparent leak.

Always very helpful and great customer service. They arranged to collect my car and return it and kept me informed when they were due to arrive. Very polite and friendly staff.

From the moment we walked into T W White & Sons, we felt looked after.

We bought a one-year-old Mazda CX-30, and the level of service was outstanding. Before collection, the car had been professionally resprayed where needed, beautifully valeted, and even came with new mats and key rings. The attention to detail was fantastic.

Aaron was brilliant throughout the whole process. He has a wealth of knowledge, was incredibly patient, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel like we were asking too much. His friendly, approachable manner made buying the car a genuinely enjoyable experience, and he’s a real credit to the company.

My experience is limited to the Orpington Branch and I can say that I have always received an absolutely brilliant service. Both Humair and Simon have been fantastic and so helpful to me. I’m on my third Mazda bought from them and I also arranged for a friend to make a purchase. I live in West Sussex, so not local but on each occasion they have delivered the car to me and driven my old one away. So simple and all the paperwork completed in the comfort of my own home. As you would expect, each car has been top quality.
Highly recommended.

Usually main dealers manage to do something annoying. As usual TW White (Mazda) did what was requested for the price agreed and I collected the car. The service reception Team are always friendly.

When I purchased the vehicle I indicated that I would be interested in purchasing a Service plan. The vendor said he would send it to me. Unfortunately he was killed some days later. Since, at present, I am not in the UK my friend contacted Mazda on my behalf and was informed that they would send me the required documentation. At present I have received nothing and no longer have any interest in purchasing a Service Plan. Other than this my experience at the Mazda dealership was very good.

T W White is excellent. A small dealership operation, with an evident focus on delivering a great quality product in a very approachable and friendly way. I bought my new Mazda MX-5 from them in April 2026. The process through initial visit, test drive, decision, purchase and collection was straightforward, informed and friendly. A brief follow-up visit to rectify a small issue was smooth and very well-handled.
