The team is professional, courteous and friendly, and kept me informed on the progress with service on my car. Unfortunately, we're waiting on parts that are back ordered to complete tge repair.

Good, prompt service with helpful staff.

They always keep me up to date on any problems with my car promptly. This resolves most problems being sorted for a successful same day pickup.

Poor service bought the lovely mx5. Agreed to have it delivered once the car was prepped and the paint chips done. It was delivered £200 paid. No chips done nothing polished just washed. Was told the chips were done and the rain washed the paint away on the trip down to me. Never had an apology just told to bring it back to them 140 mile round trip and they would do the chips. So what was the point of me paying to have it delivered as they didn't prep the car at all. Should have just taken it on the day I saw it and save myself £200!! No integrity at this franchise
Please note I can categorically say the stone chips were not done. Yes I accepted delivery of the car because I love it. That said you still did not do what we agreed. Obviously I do not want to drive back up to you for it to be rectified. It should be done locally but you wouldn't agree. Such a shame its been a bad buying experience.

The entire team was helpful, not pressuring at all, went above and beyond and made buying my new car painless - for someone who has anxiety, each staff member treated me with care and respect. I purchased a used Lexus from TW Whites back in April and have been delighted with it. Jake was extremely helpful and the transaction went very smoothly.

I take my Mazda to T W White & Sons every year for the annual service. I've always been very pleased with this company and the service provided and will continue to do so in the future!

Dealt over the phone with a well discounted new car. The advisor was straight, didn’t force any extras on me and gave a competitive part ex price. They also fitted a Mazda towbar with caravan electrics inc the live feed for fridge and leisure battery charging at a very competitive cost. First face to face contact was on delivery day no issues at all they took my part ex at agreed value, no arguments and after handover I was on my way inside an hour. Car was well prepared and everything worked. Very impressed.
