Order might get shipped
Ordered two items and found out two days laters one of them is out of stock. 10 days later and heard no more. Not sure if I will get either or both but have paid for them, so not the greatest.......

Excellent communication.
T.W Wholesale were the best price for the product I wanted but did not have it in stock.
They arranged for it to be dispatched directly from the manufacturer and kept me informed throughout this process by phone and Email.

Item still on website but no longer stocked. Offered a more expensive alternative but declined. Refund promptly given. Disappointing but resolved.
