Ox shorts

They let you purchase items which are not in stock and later sending emails with apologies and delivery date expands from two day to three weeks plus they charge for it
Not very good experience but will give them another chance

honest and accommodating service

grate service, I had a quick and helpful service, with my particular needs, and i had a grate experience

the only thing i had some slight difficulty with was with the online ordering, due to the lack of options (country, town, ecc)

But i can understand as i doubt they receive many international orders, as TW looks to be more for the continental UK instead of the international market
