Bought a balancer and tyre machine, balancer had an issue early on but spoke to Neil in technical and he assured me it was a simple fix sent the part out next day and talked me through it

Paid invoice in full to only receive half of our order
Paid invoice in full. Only received half of the order and still no sign or indication when the remaining goods paid for will be delivered. Not a great start to say this is the first time we have used you, and probably will be the last

Order pair motercyle adapters wrong ones came but after sales was second to non guy spoke to fb messenger sorted it had right ones sent out straight away great after sales will be using them when upgrade my machines
