Significant price change on cambelt change
Booked a cambelt and water pump change for my car and after leaving the car with them for 3 hours got a phone call advising that the price of the job had increased by £240 (from £400). They blamed this on the company I booked with "who can fix my car" not delivering the full cambelt kit. It doesn't make sense why they did not realise this when I booked the vehicle in or for 3 hours after I had dropped off the vehicle. Overall poor service so I collected my car without them doing the job.

The original quotation was provided through WhoCanFixMyCar and was not generated by Tyre King. Unfortunately, the quote did not include all of the components required to complete the cambelt and water pump replacement to the correct industry standard for your vehicle.
Once our technician had assessed the job and confirmed the exact parts required, we contacted you to explain that additional components would be needed to carry out the repair properly and reliably. We discussed this with you in detail, and you acknowledged that completing the work to the correct standard was important.
While you chose not to proceed with the repair on that day, we fully respected your decision. Our priority is always to ensure that repairs are completed safely and correctly rather than fitting incomplete kits that could compromise the quality or longevity of the work.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best with your vehicle moving forward.

Easy website to book work in and arrange convenient time slots.
Team at Swadlincote were helpful and informative during MOT.
Will be using them in the future for car servicing,tyres etc if required.

Arrived when asked to but still had to…
Arrived when asked to but still had to wait over a hour before starting my tyres. No apologies given. The tyre fitters were great, so made it good in the end.

Website appointment times not accurate
No problem with the company or the service but times on website need reviewing and bringing up to date. I was booked in at 8am only to be told that tyre fitters do not start till 08.30 so half hour wait to start with. Had appointment at 10 left premises at 09.50 so cut it fine through no one fault other than wrong information

Fantastic customer service
My car was due an MOT, so i booked it in with tyre king last week.
I received fantastic customer service throughout & the new tyres it needed were sorted immediately.

Puncture Repair Jaguar Fpace

These guys were fantastic
These guys were fantastic, I had gone over a shard of metal. In a panic, I found Tyre King. They quickly looked at and fixed my tyre. No pressure for a new Tyre, just we can fix it!!!!
