Excellent service from all involved, 2 new tyres supplied and fitted at a great price. Wil certainly use again.

My experience was very positive, very refreshing to have polite and friendly staff who actually really seem to care , my car only needed a small repair to the tyre valve stem, even though the lads were very busy I was dealt with in good time . Very reasonable price . I will definitely use them again.

Had a flat tyre called tyreman who called out to my address and changed the tyre the same day.
Polite and friendly and a lot cheaper than AA who wouldn't have supplied the tyre!

Great service, Nigel was very informative & very friendly as are the rest of the staff who work there. Recently had my cam belt & water pump done on my Kuga, really good competitive price. He kept me updated with the the progress & I would highly recommend. x

From the moment I arrived , til the moment I left . I was well looked after & answered all my questions.
The toilet and hot drinks were an added bonus.

Came here on Wednesday 10th December to have two tyres replaced. Both were completed in under 20 minutes and at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use Tyremen again.

I've gone to Tyremen on Witty Street many times for new tyres and I've always had confidence in what they do. My latest visit was for two new front tyres and they offered mid-range Davantis or budget tyres. There is no hard sell and they don't do work if nothing is needed. I asked for the tracking to be checked and I was impressed that the guy called me to view the results on the screen - very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tyres.

They advertise a "drop in" service only so I visited in the morning to ask to have 2 tyres fitted. I was told that there were no suitable tyres in stock and that I should return later in the day after 3pm after they had taken a delivery. When I returned at 3:30 I was very rudely told that they were "fully booked" and could not fit tyres for me. Will not give them another chance and would certainly deter anyone else form using them.

I originally visited Tyremen to get a new tyre fitted — nothing major, and I was hoping it wouldn’t be too expensive. The tyre was sorted quickly and without any fuss, but during the inspection, it was brought to my attention that my brake discs and pads were quite worn and really needed replacing. Naturally, I braced myself for the worst — assuming it would be a costly job.

To my surprise, not only was the price much more reasonable than I was expecting, but the entire process was handled incredibly efficiently and professionally. The work was completed quickly, and I felt fully informed every step of the way.

A special mention has to go to the customer service team on reception, who were absolutely brilliant. Friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth, they made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. It’s not often you leave a garage genuinely impressed, but that’s exactly how I felt.

Excellent service, honest pricing, and a team that clearly knows what they’re doing — I’ll definitely be back, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyremen to others.

Absolute lifesaver!

I popped in last minute with what I thought was a slow puncture! turns out my tire was clinging on for dear life. The team were super friendly, didn’t treat me like an idiot (which, let’s be honest, they could have 😂), and had me sorted in no time. No upselling, no faff, just honest work and a decent price.

They even offered to check all my other tires for peace of mind! now I’m driving around like I’ve got brand new wheels. Will definitely be back (though hopefully not too soon!)

Highly recommend if you want quick, reliable service without any of the usual nonsense.

I have always taken my car to Tyremen for tyres and servicing since I passed my test. They never let me down and are never beaten on price. The workshop lads are brilliant and the mechanics are great. I always leave with a big smile knowing my car is safe and sound for the road.

Tyremen is the first place I go when anything happens to my car, I trust their service and I've always been happy with the quotes given for repairs or tyre's, they can normally fit me in as soon as I go, the work it's self is 5⭐️ always greeted with a smile, also have a nice comfy waiting area, customer service is super.

Whenever I have any problems with my car, I have and will always go to Tyremen! They’re always friendly, very knowledgeable, and most importantly (from a customer standpoint) honest when they explain what’s wrong with my car and the actions I need to take for repairs, therefore making them trustworthy! They’ve got a great dynamic as a team, which as a customer is very refreshing to see. Having only had 1 car (the one I have now), I was worried about the cost of things as I know car repairs can be expensive, but Tyremen are the most affordable place I’ve ever been to, and for the quality of work - it’s truly a no brainer to come here!!!

Told one thing on the phone, read something else online. No photos. No parts returned. No follow-up. Then I get called a liar.

I get that businesses don’t love criticism, but my review is based on facts. I asked for photos before work started and to have my old parts left in the boot. Neither happened.

I was told over the phone that the pads needed replacing to pass the MOT — yet the MD now publicly claims they didn’t. If they weren’t a fail, why would I have paid for them? I wasn’t given a choice.

When I collected the car (as the garage was closing), no one mentioned anything. Boot was empty. I called the next morning and was told someone would check and get back to me. They didn’t.
Just because admin clocks off for the weekend doesn’t mean customer service should disappear with them.

Instead of resolving this properly, the MD responded publicly by calling me a liar. That’s not how you build trust — that’s deflection.

This isn’t about point-scoring. This is a heads-up for others: ask direct questions, get clarity in writing, and don’t assume you’re being told the full picture.

Had a major car service, done in just over an hour and felt things hadn't been checked like that kind of service states. Wouldn't use again.
