Our team from Zaporizhzhia had been working with this website for a long time as an agency: we registered clients, arranged meetings, and even had a few successful marriages. However, serious issues with commission payments eventually emerged — at first, the payments were delayed, and then they stopped altogether. Without any explanation, our access to the admin panel was blocked.

Another concern is the communication system: based on our experience, conversations on the platform are often handled not by the clients themselves, but by translators or platform staff on their behalf. This creates a misleading impression for both users and partners.

Unfortunately, our correspondence with the site’s administration ended without any resolution. We can no longer recommend this site as a reliable partner.

Was on UaLadys.com for over 10 years. Had over 2000 ladies send me first letter. Saved 5 or 6 gals as potential favorites, but as a dreamer I did not make contact with any of the 2000. Then 1-1/2 years ago the one most favorite I had saved first contacted me herself. And until Dec 31, 2024 we exchanged 2 or 3 letters a week thru the agency. With the war end getting close we thought maybe she could finally get her US entry papers renewed in Kyiv if the embassy reopened and travel again to the US to see her daughter and hook up with me for a face to face. But when I went to send my first letter of 2025 I could not log onto the site. I was blocked. A note was posted that my account had been "SUSPENDED". No followup response from agency to my multiple emails and phone calls as to WHY the suspension. So now all I have after 1-1/2 years are lots of letters and photos of a anonymous Irina S. in Kyiv with no way to ever know what happen or how to contact her direct. And the agency kept my money given them for photos and letter credits. My friend is being held in the Kyiv singles gulag with no way to escape thru UaLadys. Internet THIEVES and LIARS. I'll be looking for a legal (or illegal) way to burn down their site.

As many other con dating sites Ualadys looks like a showcase of models, for some reason very interested in you and, trust me, in all other guys as long as they keep depleting credits on site. It's difficult to find a decent dating site, I like J4Ukraine.com
- I think they are the best nowadays. They have fewer scammers because apparently they don't hire local Ukrainians for chatting and luring in the unsuspecting men. I came to this conclusion when all the ladies I chatted me agreed to exchange contacts and switched to free messengers. I was surprised as I didn't set out with high expectations for this site, but so far it has been working well for me. If you are looking for life partner and you actually want face to face interaction as soon as possible - don't waste your time on UAladys. The odds are stacked against you there because of their unscrupulous business model.

If you are young, handsome and rich you may have a chance. If you are middle aged, average looking with an average income there is a good chance you are being scammed.
There is a good test for the scam. Call the lady by phone and ask to exchange emails. A phone call is the cheapest method to contact her. Make certain you get her email first. Tell her you want to meet only on Skype or some other free web site. If she hesitates or tells you she wants to stay with UaLadys dating site there is a good chance she is making money from you. I had a translator tell me that she quit one of the agencies because the younger women were trying to get gifts from older men. I had a detective tell me it is called the "dirty business" in Ukraine. Be realistic, how many beautiful 20 year old women are calling you?
The girls are real yes and you can make arrangements to meet .I been to the Ukraine more than once .I used the site yes the girls are real but they don't right the letters its done by tranlaters who work there I did meet with lady's and the take a picture with you and you pay for the translators time don't pay in cash pay the site .But the catch is the girl don't want to meet you.She is pissed she had to.She hates you .Some can act nice .Before you go they act like they are into you and so in love . Than you get there and they are not the slightest bit interested . It's so obvious they school them on your letters prior to the date.The girls are thair inventory they are told not to get involved with you .The translators is thair to make sure of that and the scam goes on. It's a total waste of time, illusions and money. This website is a big scam with fake profiles and many women collaborating in this scam.

I used this website about 10 years ago just after the owners split with their rival called uadreams. Basically the girls are getting paid and will only admit it to you after a few drinks. Yes you do meet a girl but they are not interested in you and yes they are like anastasiadate where they do get paid. Some are models looking for extra cash and some were actually already married and looking for something on the side. You cannot get their phone numbers after meeting in person unless they do not want to be with the agency anymore. And one experience in the City of ternopil a college-aged girl, although I was told she was older, was still sending me messages after we met in person, leading me to believe it was a robotic or repeat message service. Many of the girls were what I would call "one and done" in that they would meet you, out of obligation to the agency it seems, but have no further interest in meeting you again, despite many letters to the contrary. Again these girls are like the ones in the Dirty Harry movie from the 1970s, in that they get paid to write a letter or have a letter written by a translator, meaning they're getting a commission for letters written. It's a waste of time.

Through fraud false letters, then by trips, then by FRAUD LOVE women via person contact. Their keyword is always "we try to keep scammers off our site". "TRY" Being the keyword once you get Fraud Love scammed. First look at the current .43% of 1 star reviews. Never mind the less than 3 stars. Second all of these 5 star reviews are from the Staff of UA ladys not Real American men stating true. Look at how they either state a friend of theirs is "happy" with and only "losers" complain of UA ladys Love fraud. No friend of any American is ever going to get on trust pilot and be this concerned and protect ualadys except ualadys staff. Ualadys staff also with 5 stars state:"we meet but we remain friends" whom wants to waist their time and money only on becoming a friend? When you are looking for a life partner? Proves ualadys staff again is writing these 5 star reviews. Thirdly, Not one 5 star review ever states of a marriage. Why because ualadys violates the "marriage brokers act" a USA law designed to protect any foreign women of a Male USA citizen to disclose their past criminal history. By USA law if you make a contact with a foreign woman without proof of your full crimminal background check and it is Not given details to the woman. Then you are in violation of the marriage brokers act and any chance of getting a VISA for your future bride is now null and void. As UAladys is in noncompliance and you will waist all your time,energy and money. And if ualadys would comply still does not mean these women still would NOT commit LOVE FRAUD ON YOU. I am about one year with ualadys and from my experience it’s the best most trustworthy service . I had been with Anastasia for a few years and had spent thousands of euros there but had no real results in the end. The girls were real but all of them had no real interest in relationship , they were just interested in my money. I heard about ualadys many times but had no experience with them until last year.
I had a meeting in Kharkov in December 2019 and I was impressed by the woman I met. We are not together as a couple because of a few issues but we became friends and still talk from time to time. She never asked me for anything during the meetings and after them. We spent our time not just in expensive restaurants but also she and the translator showed me the city, the parks, museums, churches and so on. We went to a few coffee shops which were great by the way. She behaved naturally.
But I am not there for friends so I continue looking for a life partner and I correspond with another woman there.
So my experience is not perfect but I will continue to use their service.

To begin with my experience with ualadys is not big. I joined their website in July. I am happy with how it works so far. I get many letters but I prefer to be realistic and answer those women who are close to my age or have 5-10 years age difference. I had bad experience with a young woman from another website and I do not want to waste my time anymore. Right now I am in touch with two women from the same city. I do not want any surprises so I asked for their photos from the everyday life and to be sure that they do not differ much from those beautiful photos in profiles. One of them understands some English, another one is willing to learn and already learning by herself, I think it shows and her being serious. I asked if they want to meet me and they both said yes so we will see what happens in the future. At the moment I am planning my visit which is not easy because of the pandemic. Ualadys does exist I have visited there offices in Ukraine. Do not engage with a lady who has know English as you will be paying for lady. translater and yourself. Do your own hotel bookings or apartment much cheaper. Do not send any gifts it’s over priced and is extortion. Also remember make sure when you are there communicating in English is a must don’t let them recommend any drivers or drivers the lady recommends you will be paying for 4. Best advice take it slow observe be wise when I visited there was four staff 3 on computers one talking too me they did provide tea or coffee. Free!,

I consumer of this site.I and my friends have been using the services of this site for more than 5 years. At this time I am in Ukraine. And totally disagree with the previous guys. If the comments are honest, then the guys who wrote similar or losers or just try to slander this agency. All my friends who visited Ukraine and met their friends didn’t feel sorry for the money they spent. I was outraged by such unfair comments by previous guys. Let them tell themselves what efforts they have made for the relationship? I can say with confidence that no. Do not read the stupid accusations, ualadys is not all rosy but believe 85% this is a reliable agency. And everything else depends on us men how can we care for the ladies of our hearts.

I meet Valysha Moloduchecko from Zhitomir in person back in 2009. I lost over 30000.00 by hospital fakes bill and retail store. with a contract signed to pay me back. To this day I got nothing back and lost all. This makes her a scammer. UAladys state the "try" to keep scammers off their site. They do not try enough. Because she is beautiful and made them money. UAladys does NOT CARE for American Citizens and all their losses. I wish the owner the worst. And they can burn in HELL for eternity for their dirty deeds done to Americans. My woman was real. Before you try the scam operation. get in your car and find the nearest ditch. Sleep in this ditch for the entire night. I've used this website regularly for about 2 years, and sporadically longer than that. Is the agency a Scam? My experience is that this is a legitimate enterprise, that does not benefit from reinvestment, and as an end user the experience is noticeable.

Areas of Operation- This Agency has profiles of women from several branches across Ukraine, and Russia. This includes contested areas such as the Crimea, Lugansk, and Donetsk... as you look at a lady's profile and are considering whether to initiate a correspondence, also consider what requirements may need to be met to meet the lady you correspond with.

Corporate Organization- I've had a difficult time determining the structure of this company. At times it comes across that the individual branches are franchise offices without "chain of command" type control from the central office. My overall impression is this company may be a profitable enterprise for the owners, but there is little or no reinvestment to enhance the experience for the end user. Customer Service concerns raised on the website are addressed in a reasonable time (usually next business day Ukraine time), contacting them by skype during published hours, can be hit and miss.

The Ladies- My experience is that the ladies are real! The experiences are varied just as the ladies are, and are authentic to the degree that the lady is authentic with the end user. The agency makes a reasonable attempt at ensuring scammers are not permitted on their site. I have noted several ladies whose profiles were removed, no comment is made to the removal, but my noticing profiles had been removed lends credence to the agency's legitimacy... at the same time there appear to be profiles that are older (estimating 5+ years) that are not updated. The agency appears to have a Code of Conduct with the ladies which is not necessarily revealed to the men. I have run into a couple instances where the lady was reprimanded, with no similar comment made to me, an end user.

Website Design- In the several years I've used this website, there has been no significant update, leaving the impression noted above, that it is neglected, rather than receiving a regular reinvestment. Examples include: (as of 2020) No notation of changes in political status of Crimea, Donetsk, and Lugansk or special requirements that may be needed to visit these area; in the "couples" section there is a 5 year gap (the site notes privacy for absence of updates); for US users IMBRA was enacted in 2006, yet it is listed as "new".... Maintenance of the website appears to be done only as matters are called out to the central office.

Gifts- This is a for-profit entity, an end user should expect a reasonable mark-up. In comparing agency pricing to Ukrainian Web-based vendors of similar products the mark-up is not unreasonable, given their service. With Covid, the Agency made itself susceptible to scammers, when it allowed for 'cash' gifts for Covid relief during quarantine … this mark up is higher than expected for what is intended to be a charitable by the end user. In conversation with a lady who received this type gift, she received significantly less than what was sent. In sending material gifts to ladies (i.e. flowers, candies, fruits...) it is difficult to establish turnaround times, making it nearly impossible to guarantee a gift arrives at a specific time. The inconsistency with the timing of gift delivery ruined multiple surprises, when the lady had to be asked if she had received the gift, for an occasion, and she had not. The general answer from the central office when questions of gift delivery are asked is "ask the lady".

Services- Translation is generally competent... there have been a few instances where a lady's profile indicated she had a working knowledge of my language, and I was unable determine if it was professionally translated, or if the lady had written the letter herself. Services such as video conferencing are listed as available at all branches, yet conversation with ladies leave the impression that not all offices are equipped equally. Whether this is the result of a shift away from ladies coming into the agency offices to home computers is unknown. Some services such, no video chat, lag behind UALadys' competitors.

Trips- I traveled to Ukraine for the first time thru the agency in August 2020. I have every confidence the lady I met was the lady I corresponded with. Trip coordination seems to be handled by a different area of the agency than correspondence. If you use the agency for trip make sure your translator is aware of the services you paid for. My experience is that one is better off using the agency 'ala carte' rather than to use them entirely, as pricing is extremely high for the limited services received for their trips.

First time I’ve been to Ukraine in winter, a lot of snow, hard frosts…..
The meetings were warm. It was very pleasant to go to the cafes, talk to the girls. I liked both girls I met and I couldn’t choose. So, we continued the correspondence and then I came again in summer. It was too hot. We went to the beach and I met with ladies’ families.
It was terrible to take the decision…. I did it.
Now I have a girldfriend and we are in touch often. She graduated this year and move to Canada. I am very happy.
We have age difference almost 20 years, but who cares….
I can’t say anything bad. I always got the answers from Support, I had some problems with payments, but it was temporary.

I am frequently checking for comments about any kind of companies I deal with, I have been using this company for about 3 Years and had not have any kind of trouble. When I made a mistake of paying for something I did not want, money has been returned immediately, also I have been in contact with ladies in different times and none of them has asked me for money or to buy her anything. In fact, the one I am going to visit this year, has rejected any economical help I had offered, and her conversations are genuine and no reasons for my inquisitive mind to feel scammed. Many of the complaints I read, shows some level of ignorance on how to approach or deal with online dating. By the way, I had learn the Russian language before to travel, and I am not using or had used the agency travel services. Also Ualadys has not influence my comments, except for their good service. So far so good, no stupid problems due to ignorance.

​Absolutely outrageous behavior of staff and company. I used to be a member of ualadys and completely dissatisfied with my membership. Agency is registered in Panama and they will not take any responsibility both financial and legal responsibility. You will never return your money back, you will wait for refund for years, no one cares about you and money you have spent.

Look at me, I like you, you look great, buy me an iPhone, my lap top is broken – help me, I've been robbed, etc. What is wrong with you people!? Stop cheating customers like that, this is disgusting! I would gladly buy any staff and help my girl in case of any troubles, but stop putting pressure on me with the first letter.
I would like to say that ualadys.com needs a global reload. Stop treating customers like wallets, try to provide them with the services of good quality, try to provide better translation of letters and put a pinch of honesty. Totally embarrassed and sad, I have spent so much money and time just for nothing. Do not repeat my mistakes.

Do not use they services for trip, spend money for mails is ok, but trip services is worst :(
