Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I purchased over $15k worth of drone equipment for my company over 8 months ago. To date, I have received less than half of my order. I continue having to pester their support group for delivery information, but most of the time they never respond. Zero stars if I could. Stay away!!!

Update 10/06/2025
After 11 months, I am still waiting for the remainder of my order to be fulfilled. I am now demanding a refund but so far they have not responded to my requests. I understand tariff and trade issues exist, but my order was placed before any of these issues came up this year. The company has also been promising me some form of compensation for their slow service, but I am now wondering if that was just a ploy to keep me hanging on longer. At this point I am doubtful if I will receive my order OR a refund. Out almost $8000.

Second (final?) Update 1/9/2026
After numerous emails and chat messages, I finally was given a tracking number. UPS site indicated there was an import fee of $273 due upon delivery so I immediately messaged Chris. He indicated the fee would be covered by UAVSystems. A week or so later, UPS attempted to deliver but import fee had not been paid so shipment was returned to sender. After learning this, I again messaged Chris and demanded a refund on the $8k balance of my order. No response. Next day I find out through UPS that the shipment was redirected back to me and the import fee had been paid. When the shipment arrived, my second Believer system was shoddily packed in a wooden crate with no documentation. I again messaged Chris asking when I could expect to receive the shipping case, batteries, and other spare parts that were part of my order. He told me they had already shipped and tracking info was imminent. I've been waiting for over a month for a tracking number or any other evidence of an actual shipment. Now Chris has stopped responding to my messages and I'm afraid I am out the balance of my order. And get this...UAVSystems asked me to take down this review because it was causing issues with other customers!!! I invite anyone from the company to respond to this review and explain their side of the situation. This whole experience with UAV Systems International has been a complete NIGHTMARE. I do think that Chris has tried to help resolve the situation. Just don't think he has it in his power to do anything though. Bottom line, I would strongly advise anyone thinking about purchasing from them to take their business elsewhere.

Bought an Aurelia X6 drone from UAV Systems and am very impressed by the quality throughout the product. The support provided over zoom has been fantastic at ensuring we are familiar with all aspects of operating the drone, and answering questions from me and my team. Shipping times could be improved as I was originally told 3 weeks which ended up being 5 weeks when all was said and done.

Never received the product. Company kept postponing delivery date for months after many e-mails then stopped answering. According to older reviews this is not the first time it happened.
Not professional at all. Do not recommend.

Update 23/08 : The company asked to remove the review. Then, flagged the review as illegitimate because they disagree with it. Trustpilot Integrity Team took the review back online. I see another review disappeared, it looks like the company tries to take down bad reviews.

Update 7/12/23:
So, I have finally had some progress and it is positive. They are trying to make this right after what has been going on 10-11 weeks after the order. I am told it is sitting in shipping I have asked at this point to expedite the shipping. They did offer me a discount but I really just want the order to complete our project at work. The agent I talked to promised me resolution soon. I will keep you posted. So the people are good, just think they are super short staffed. I have some pointers if they reach out. As logistics is what my career is in.

initial post: Some of the worst customer service. They have never picked up the phone when I called. They left me hanging on the chat feature with no update still. I have sent many emails with only one response. They still have provided no update.
They also promised 3-4 week when i ordered it has been 6 and still have not received. The website is flawed and cant even see my orders it always wants me just to create an account which i have done and still have issues.

A big thank you to Sergio for flying out to get our team trained on the A6 Pro. Everything was explained clearly and we are happy with the aircraft we have purchased.

I was promised a 3-week delivery date on a $3k drone. I paid extra for expedited production, for which I was promised 2 weeks ship date.
After 4 weeks, I started to hound them weekly, each time being promised that it would ship by the end of the week.
By 6 weeks, after repeatedly demanding a guaranteed delivery date, I was finally given one, which they almost hit (8 weeks ARO).
This repeated, unpredictable schedule slip made it very difficult to plan or schedule any work which required the UAV.
The product itself is fantastic. Their documentation was decent.

Their supply chain issues were surely caused by the pandemic of 2020, but in my case it was not handled with transparency, honesty, or integrity.

Why do I say "not handled with integrity"? Because their customer support representative tried to bribe me to take the original edit of this review down, by offering free merchandise in exchange.

I requested a drone permit for Namibia which seems to have one of the hardest processes to get the authority including risk and safety management plans, GPS coordinates of flight locations etc. Berenice did a good job and my permit has been approved in time. Only negative point would be the poor communication at the beginning that fortunately turned into good response times later. I requested the permit 2.5 mounth ahead and after the initial process i waited for many weeks sometimes to get a response. About 4 weeks before my flight to Namibia everything turned into a quick and efficient process with fast answering times. 2 weeks before my flight i got my permit finally. All in all, considering all the work berenice saved me to get my permit, it was totally worth it and i will use this service again. It is recommendable.

I needed a permit to fly my drone in Namibia. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical cause I didn’t know UAV before. They were all very professional and helpful. I had always quick answer and I received my permit on time and as scheduled. A BIG thanks to all the team for your job and specially to Berenice with who I had most of the contacts. I really recommend them! Now let’s get in Namibia and shot the wonderful landscapes with my Mavic Pro 2. Thanks a lot guys !!!

Berenice was amazing in getting my approval in a country that I didn't think was possible (East Timor). Everything was done in a timely manner and I'm amazed how everything came together in the end. I highly recommend UAV Systems International to everyone that requires a permit around the world. Thanks Berenice!!!

Contratei os serviços da UAV Systems International para me ajudar a obter a autorização do Governo da Namíbia para usar o meu drone para fotografar e filmar a minha viagem de férias com a família. Conheci a empresa por meio de buscas no Google e alguns sites de viagens. A UAV também me ajudou a localizar uma seguradora - na própria Namíbia - para emitir a apólice que cobre danos a terceiros. Por incrível que pareça, nenhuma seguradora no Brasil emite uma apólice de seguros para drones com cobertura internacional. Recomendo firmemente o uso dos serviços da UAV Systems e, em especial, o atendimento realizado pela Berenice.

This was my first time applying for a flight permit, Berenice had the patience of a nun with me, I will absolutely go thru this company again, Happy Flying!!!

Evaluation

I am really happy to read the description of Eachine H8 drone.
Being a beginner, I prefer to start with that. Because in my opinion you have to start with things that are much cheaper and easier to use. Over time, I could make considerable advances by innovating on softer models.

I want to congratulate a lot this company that seeks to satisfy everyone: poor, small and rich. Everyone is happy to use the drone in proportion to his income.

I ordered 1 Tarot 650 from UAV Systems. Initially when I received it, the drone had been damaged in shipping and would not power on. UAV Systems promptly sent me a new one which has worked perfectly for our payload. The drone is incredibly stable in flight and the open source Pixhawk controller is great for our development needs.

The only thing I would suggest is more packaging on the drone to avoid damage in shipping and avoid the inconvenience I had when I first recieved it.

We ordered 1 Tarot X6 drone for our University from UAV Systems. Sara was a big help with all of our questions throughout the process, keeping us updated, and getting us everything we needed. The production process took longer than we expected unfortunately but we received the drone and it works perfectly for our research. We had a few questions getting everything setup and a technician was able to Skype us and help us get everything up and running.
