I had a delivery from UKMed which was missing an item. I wrote to them and wasn’t happy at the lack of ability to be able to interact with a customer services representative or ability to know if they’d received my email request.

Regardless I think it’s fair to say they resolved the issue by sending the missing item and offered a small discount on any future purchase.

That’s the kind of service that would make me a repeat customer in future.

We had some major problems with requesting a refund from them. But all in all they issued it although it could have taken way less than it did...

ordered codeine got it two days latter, they keep you informed via text and emails of the tracking delivery, absolutley fantastic service, honestly this is probbely one of the vary rare few websites you can rely on, very professional. Avoid the other scammers stick to uk meds.

Need to watch this company as took my money have given me no refund sent so many emails and nothing first couple deliverys no problem then cut the zoplincone in half instead 28 only 14 for same amount you use get 28 last order said no zoplicone in stock so ordered something else order went through then got text email saying doc wouldn't sign off but was quick enough taking my money messed with wrong person had no sleep all week going take this as far as I can till I get my money back not happy at all and if this how treat good costomers hate to think how others been treated with genuine medical problems

Their prices are double for half the amount. And they no longer guarantee next day delivery

Their are many more reputable companies out there. BUYER BEWARE
