After ordering a Redring shower part I was advised by Miriam that the part No. was obsolete, she then re-ordered the part with the new part No. When it arrived it was the wrong item so I rang U.K. Spares to sort the problem. The phone was answered by Clive. When I attempted to explain the problem he became loud and aggressive and absolutely insisted it was my fault for using the wrong part No. (which they had supplied). After a very heated conversation he agreed to cancel the order and arrange a refund which I have now been given. This was a very unpleasant experience and completely un-necessary.

Fast polite and helpful communication via e-mail to locate the part I needed. Fast, efficient and well packed delivery allowed for quick installation and functioning heating in time for the festive season.
