Unexpected

I was thankful to be asked prior to delivery of options in the event I would not be at home to the time of the delivery. This time was given accurately and as I knew I would not be home, I offered my alternative which was a large coal bunker in my garden which I had used previously for this purpose. Unfortunately, the packaging was much bigger than the item ordered and was too large for the coal bunker. I am grateful that the delivery man made the effort to find a neighbour who accepted the parcel.

Dimplex fire spare part

Had trouble locating it anywhere until after lots of web browsing and navigation discovered it at UK Spares. Spoke to someone to confirm it was the correct part. --- ordered it,paid for it, received it (well packaged & quick delivery) Installed it and everything now perfect. Great service.

A very helpful company

I've ordered from UK Spares a number of times in the past and have always received prompt and courteous service. Items ordered are always despatched quickly and sent by the fastest means practicable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service

A great service. One of the staff broke the handle off the customer fridge and the gaffer tape really didn't cut the ice. The website was easy to use and delivery was fast. Many thanks
