Terrific service !
I ordered a Dimplex electric radiator spare part on a Thursday afternoon about 4pm, and I received it the next morning about 10am. The best thing is that it was shipped by DPD, who give a one hour time slot, and gps tracking of their driver up to your delivery. Brilliant !!

Excellent rapid service
Within 2 days of my order being placed for 2 items, the availability of the goods had been confirmed and the goods delivered. Notice was given of delivery day and estimated time of arrival and the delivery driver telephoned on the day to confirm a precise time of arrival.
