UK Wholesale Direct レビュー

Rebecca was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to understand my request.

I have been a customer of UK Wholesale Direct for a number of years and I cannot recommend them enough.
Their customer service and price are excellent. They fully deserve a 5 star rating, which is the exception in my book.

No phone or internet when arriving in the office at 8 am. Phoned UK Warehouse and Elaine answered call immediately. Problem resolved soon after.
Whenever I need to contact UK Warehouse, I am never kept on hold, even outside normal business hours. Very impressed with their service.

Superb service over the 5 years I've been a customer. Always call you back and are very knowledgeable. I've now got phone and broadband and unlimited calls and the prices are unbelievable. Well done 10/10

I was expecting the issue we had with one of our phones to be complicated to resolve, but Elaine knew exactly what to do, guided me through the steps patiently and efficiently, and we were back up and running in less than 5 minutes! Fab!!

Talking to UK based staff that really knows what they are doing and resolved my issue within hours of reporting a fault.

Rebecca has supported me all the way as my business phone line had been faulty. She checked back regularly to see if it had been mended as it proved to be difficult to establish what was wrong. All sorted now. Thank you Rebecca for your support.

Rebecca seemed really keen to listen to my issues and to try and get her team (and Openreach) moving towards solving them.

I've been using Uk wholesale for many years to provide the phone and broadband services to my business's. The service from Vikkie and Elaine has been first class through the whole time. Supporting me with important business decisions like which voip phones to use, helping me set up call recording and messaging on the phones, saving me money on reviewing the best packages for me when upgrading broadband. Dealing with the nightmare that is openreach for me and keeping me informed every step of the way. I Would highly recommend them.
