First person I spoke to insisted I was wrong and dismissed my claim that holiday price different on internet making me feel stupid.I checked it out and rang back to speak to someone else who checked it out ,rang me back saying I was right and gave me the holiday at internet price .I was very impressed with her

The break we had in Llandudno was excellent the hotel was really good the staff were excellent the food was great overall a very good break thank you. Booking was easy and it is defenatly value for money.

We've just come back from a weekend in your hotel and we found the whole time great value for money. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and hard working especially the gentleman working in the restaurant and also collecting glasses later on he was a star in his own right. Well done all.

Friendly person on the phone and the transaction was quick and easy. Not yet been on the holiday so hoping that will be as described.

For the price this was a great break for our Wedding Anniversary. We were a bit reserved after reading some of the reviews but we really enjoyed our weekend stay at Bosworth Hall. Room was cosy but comfortable. Drinks were a good price even when not in the 2 for 1 deal. Other guests friendly. Food was good, not a massive selection but enough to choose from. Dining area was a bit tight to navigate when busy. The discos and Elton tribute was good. Nice picturesque village to walk around. We will be looking to book again.
