Venues and suppliers â beware of Confetti / UKBride.
We were offered what was clearly pitched over the phone as a â3-month free, no obligation trial.â But what they say and what they send you to sign are two completely different things.
They email a so called âcomplimentary order formâ, which sounds harmless â but in the terms and conditions (which are easy to overlook, especially with the language they use) is an auto-renewal clause that locks you into a paid contract unless you opt out â something they never mention during their sales calls.
After signing, we received:
No login details
No welcome email
No communication
And never accessed or used their platform
Yet they still demanded payment.
To make matters worse, their team is patronising and unhelpful on the phone when you try to challenge the charges. They know exactly what theyâre doing â this is not poor service, this is a calculated business model built to mislead.
Do not sign anything. Whatâs said verbally and whatâs in the paperwork are not the same, and once youâve signed, theyâll use the fine print to trap you.
Iâve spoken to several other venues who have had identical experiences. Iâll be warning as many people as I can to avoid this company.

I strongly advise against using this website. In my experience, it operates with misleading practices, particularly around its subscription model. While they advertise a â3-month free trialâ with no obligation to purchase, the reality is quite different.
Buried in the lengthy terms and conditions is a requirement to obtain a specific "stop code" in order to cancelâsomething that is not made clear upfront. When I inquired about the trial, I was told:
âThis is 3 months free of charge advertising on UKbride with leads included. There is no obligation to buy. The reason we offer a free trial is so you can see if UKbride is a good fit for your business, and if you donât wish to continue for any reason you just need to opt out while you are on your free trial.â
Despite the claim of âno obligation,â the process is far from transparent, and failing to follow the hidden steps can result in an unwanted subscription. Proceed with extreme caution or avoid altogether.
