Classic Cornice 44
We are having a lot of house renovations and have bought quite a lot of Classic Cornice 44. Delivery was fast and product is fantastic quality. Whilst we appreciate it can seem a big investment, our columns offer excellent value for money in comparison to traditional materials, a lot faster to install saving time/money on installation too.
With regards to visible joins, the recommended adhesives are at the bottom of each product page and we can`t see that you purchased any adhesive from us. We can`t vouch for the quality of other brands or types of adhesives. Ours are designed to work and the joins would be invisible when using the correct adhesive.

In relation to the carriage charge, we appreciate where you are coming from. Its unfortunate that due to the long lengths national couriers class it as "ugly freight" and charge high rates for carriage. We do subsidise the carriage charge to try and make it more reasonable for our customers.

Mistake quickly rectified
A mistake was made ordering coving. I spoke directly to a helpful person in the sales office. who was helpful in rectifying the error, and kind to waive an additional charge wich they weren't obliged to do. Companies like this are few and far between

The quality of the product is excellentâŠ
The quality of the product is excellent - some other brands are too soft and can be dented easily but this one is a hard finish so theres no need to fill dents. My order arrived and was very well packaged - unfortunately one of the pieces had a fracture through the middle but i e mailed customer support and they responded really quickly and got me a replacement straight out no problem so the customer care experience was first class.
