100% happy & Highly recommend
100% happy with my Easel Display Stand and the two A2 foamex prints. I'm a wedding photographer so quality is essential and I'm delighted with how the prints turned out. Highly recommend!!

The display units we bought are great - they look really professional and will make our work really stand out.

The 5 stars however are mainly for the staff at UK POS. From the purchasing team who sourced me several extra units (which were out of stock) and invoiced with a very short turnaround time to the team currently helping with a small missing item issue have been brilliant! Very quick responses, friendly yet professional and kept me in the loop at all times!

They upgraded my first order to express shipping- a small gesture but it meant a lot to me and spoke of the companies customer service . I felt cared for .
My blackboards arrived the next day and I’m really pleased with them . Thank you so much. Impressive .

Customer service from Laura Hodder has been absolutely amazing.

Easy to order, quick delivery and great quality. Also, they wrap and pack their items carefully and securely, I have never had any scratched or shattered items delivered.

On line purchase and I needed the product delivered to Jersey quickly - I received the clamp on sign holders within 48 hours.

The communication was world class, great product that arrived in great condition and fast. Would use again in a instance and they are highly recommended.

Great service. Product delivered on time. I will use UKPOS again!

I ordered four A3 menu holders which arrived in an undamaged outer box. When I unpacked them it was clear that they were of very poor quality, were splitting along the very thin wooden seams, and had been bashed around, most likely before sending to me.
When I complained I was told that as they had not been checked within 24 hours of arrival, no other redress would be offered.
The boxes were of the cheapest and flimsiest wood and would not have stood up to normal usage and they are now all in the bin!

The website was easy to use and the order was received the next day as stated.

The service was great from ordering to delivery.
I didn't fully receive my order so went on line to report and a lovely lady contacted me to look into it, nothing seemed too much trouble for them and I'm sure my order will be resolved.

The turnaround time was exemplary.

My issue was dealt with kindness and speed, the problem was solved within a couple minutes on the phone, the customer service agent was very helpful! Everything was explained really well, the process of returning items is very easy to follow.

High quality A1 size street sign with a clip frame. Excellent price, too. Delivered quickly.

My only criticism is some of the website photos could be better although showing "clear" acrylic products is difficult! ...Perhaps a dark background would help.
