Waited in all day Friday no delivery was promised a partial refund which I never recieved think it was just to smooth things over the fact a day was wasted told Monday morning they eventually turned up in the afternoon actually the wrong colour these are blue not plum slate won’t be ordering again from here

Fantastic quality, customer service and value. The entire experience was flawless, with lovely customer service staff on the phone before order/delivery, the delivery man went over and above bringing the gravel to an awkward side gate entrance and the end result has completely transformed my garden. The quality of the gravel is much higher than the standard smaller bags you can buy elsewhere and works out better value. It has a beautiful colour and tone and is lovely to walk on.

In arranging the delivery, I was kept up to date. The lady coordinating could not have been more helpful. What an asset to your team ! Give her a nice bonus. I shall refer your firm to friends & acquaintances primarily as a result of that exceptional interaction. I suspect if asked, she will modestly consider her behaviour unremarkable, but having run a sales force for many years, that can’t be further from reality. The fact of the matter is that she is “the face” of your firm (having ordered on line) and as such she is your (exceptional) ambassador. Sadly I don’t know her name - but I’m sure you’ll be able to trace that individual. Kudos.

Excellent product, very good price, faultless service and delivery, polite driver who dropped the pallets where I needed them, only regret was the damage to the tarmac drive from the steel wheels of the pallet truck but hopefully it will wear off over time.

The customer services were excellent! They kept me updated once it was identified that my stone had been left off the truck for the Friday delivery. It was delivered the Mon after first thing.

I have updated my review as my sample arrived at long last and just in time (a day) for me to order it in time for the landscaper coming. I nearly had to settle for another gravel I didn't like as much. It hasn't arrived yet but hopefully will do faster than the sample.

Great experience i first ordered the wrong colour then realised few days later... No problem was the responce and corrected.. Kept informed of delivery progress at all times. Could not have been any better. Thank you.
