I have use ultimateaddons in the past and won't hesitate to use them again.

Vey easy to fit and use, top piece of kit

Very good customer service, charming ladies, fast delivery AND based in Scotland. Cases break quite easily, I’m on my 4th case - either one of the 2 outer hinged securing clamps break, or one or two of the 3 internal clips break, that fastens the front cover, despite my being very careful. Ultimate Addons USB Lightning charging cables fail too quite easily (at the phone end, just like all Lightning cables) but I like how they have a snug waterproof fit into the case. Otherwise the cases are excellent when new and aren’t too bulky (but not as 100% waterproof as the Otterbox I relied on for years before switching to UA). I like how they attach to the green plastic clip on the RAM ball mount to the handlebar but the case screen plastic hazes up quickly, so that I’ll be ordering my 5th case very soon (I wish a sun shade was an accessory so I don’t have to use my hand to shade the screen so I can see the phone screen ok). Feels like I’m contributing quite a bit to plastic pollution in the world :( so don’t feel it’s a sustainable option but I think it’s by far the best case option atm compared to Quad Lock. I also like the 3.0 USB dual charger but have to disconnect it completely when not in use as I don’t want its wee light to drain the bike battery after weeks or months. I’d give it 5 stars if everything wasn’t quite so fickle as I like the people who work at UA.

My experience of first purchase from UltimateAddons was excellent. Nanette and Shelley both so patient in hearing what I was after, and driven to deliver. The items I received were of high quality, aesthetically very smart, and meet my requirements exactly. A lovely small business with big passion.

Disappointed that I had to pay £3 for Tracked 48 hour shipping for a £15 item. Normal 2nd class would have been fine. Latest Samsung phone listed is S21 - 5 years old. The case probably fits later models fine so, a bit strange they aren't listed too. Would like to see a tough case that holds a Samsung Z Fold in the open position (for maps while cycling) but can't find one anywhere.
