Umbrella broke immediately, one of the spokes snapped and pierced the umbrella. I wish I'd read these reviews first. I emailed within 24 hours and included photos as evidence. Haven't received a reply... もっと見る

First opening of umbrella the stitching gave way at two places. They want to charge again to replace. Poor quality and customer service.

Although it is weeks past the 30 days return and refund policy we have still offered you a replacement umbrella, which will be sent out as soon as you return the faulty product to us including £4 shipping.
