I was assigned an academic advisor to guide me through the application stage and beyond. This, in my opinion, was the game changer. She was and still is available through out to offer professional advice and patiently respond to my inquiries.

Students Wait Too Long to Collect Certificates
Although the Admission process was efficient and the learning was satisfactory, even though the learning materials could have been updated, my real
Issue is with the completion process. Upon successfully passing my Research Project I received a Letter of Completion and waited almost 6 months for my grades to be confirmed and my Award granted. Thereafter, there was no communication with respect to next steps and a Completion Fee was just placed on my account without any notice from the institution. When I began to inquire, I was informed on the first occasion that I did not owe any fees. Upon further inquiry I was informed that I had to pay the Completion Fee. Upon payment, I was informed that I had cleared my obligation and further details would follow. As usual no one reached out to me. How can a student wait for almost 1 year to receive his/her certificate after completion of the programme. Further, there is no real communication from anyone and it feels as if you’re an annoyance for inquiring. If this is an institution to assist people who need financial support to achieve their goals, the communication can be much better. Maybe Unicaf should charge more for their courses. It might improve the service.

My journey has now begun
My journey has now begun. I was recently accepted into a Bachelor’s degree program, and I must say the admissions process was seamlessly facilitated and efficiently managed, which allowed me to easily navigate the portals to complete the submission of the required documents. In addition, UNICAF provides comprehensive study materials that equip online learners with the knowledge and understanding needed to successfully complete their assignments. Secondly, the UNICAF Referral Program greatly supported me throughout my studies. By referring prospective students to UNICAF, I earned referral commissions, which helped me cover part of my tuition fees. In my home country, most of people do not believe in Unicaf'adds that are shared through their platform but i'd like to tell them that it's real beacause i tried and it worked.
