Bait and switch scam. Ordered a hoodie took 4 weeks to arrive was nothing like the photo on the website. Said they would give me a refund then sent me a refund for an amount lower than I paid. These people are scammers Stay far away!

Ordered two different t-shirts at different times same day one for Shorkie which I got and one for a Morkie which I have not received. When I try to contact them I get no reply the tracking number they gave me is invalid. I feel like I threw my money out the window. Wouldn't be so bad except I really wanted the shirt. What annoys me most is that they gave me a false tracking number for the post office. It's sad when companies like this are allowed to operate on the internet and screw us honest people over. I will be going on Facebook and letting everyone know not to buy T-shirts from this company, unless I get a notice rectifying this by the end of today Friday, August 5th.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

In May 2020 a friend was diagnosed with Leukemia. Shortly after, Adam from this company (who supposedly knew my friend personally), approached the family and offered to make special shirts in support of their daughter with all proceeds going to the family.

The same day the Facebook message was posted I ordered 4 for my family. It took 3 months to get the shirts, and when I got them, one was off (didn't have the colors on it).

I notified the company many times, left voice-mail, but was ultimately ignored. Unfortunately, I was one of the lucky ones. Many people I know (and the group was pretty tight considering we all came together to support our friend with leukemia) NEVER RECEIVED THEIR SHIRTS! OTHERS GOT THEM 3-4 MONTHS LATER!

Our friend died on the Sunday before Christmas 2020.

People have either STILL NOT received their shirt or received them in late January. Not one penny of "proceeds" from the 70+ known shirts ordered has been delivered to the family. The t-shirt IS STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE!

After the family, who has politely asked about the shirts, proceeds, and order status for shirts was completely ignored, legal action has been started. Please do NOT buy ANY items from this company until they honor their PROMISE to their DEAD FRIEND'S FAMILY.

They continue to withhold proceeds that were promised to a family that just lost their daughter to leukemia after a long, hard battle. Most people who purchased the t-shirts, didn’t even receive them until after she lost her battle, and a lot of people bought them to support her and her family, knowing they would get some money from the purchase. They continue to ask Unique Tees Inc. for their money and continue to get nowhere. This is just SO messed up. Please don’t support this business.

I have been trying to get a jacket order from them. They say they delivered it but it went to the wrong address, wrong state and city. Not the address I put in. I think this is a scam

I can’t leave zero stars otherwise I would.

I’ve been chasing this company for ten weeks for a shirt I paid for my grandson, with no support and just stock answers or ‘it’s been shipped’. Today, the excuse is it’s been lost in the post REALLY....????. Why not tell me weeks ago when I was chasing.

This was for my grandson, and the company has let him down. They do not care. So I now have to do all the ground work to try to get a replacement or money back.....but I think I’ve lost the battle.

They advertise regularly on FB with so many promises.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, and if you do, pay COD.

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered two cancer t shirts with in minutes of each other and paid with PayPal. I only got confirmation for one shirt and when I contacted them to see why only one confirmation yet two payments had cleared my account. They asked for proof that two payments had cleared I sent them a screen shot of the payments and never heard back from them and now their emails including the confirmation has disappeared from my inbox.

I ordered a hoodie and it came surprisingly fast and it was decent quality I was very surprised because there is nothing but badd reviews but honestly I'm happy with the results that I got

THEY ONLY DEAL WITH YOU VIA EMAIL AND THE RESPONSE IS ALWAYS THE SAME - """file a claim"""". I ORDERED TSHIRTS FOR A FUNDRAISER AND NOW I DO NOT HAVE ANY SHIRTS FOR THE DAY OF THE FUNDRAISER THANKS TO THEM. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY EITHER.

Scam, dont buy from here. Terrible customer service, quick to take your money!

I recently made the horrible mistake of buying not only a $45 hoodie, but a $25 t-shirt from The Unique Tee. The hoodie arrived 4 days after purchase, and I found that the image I'd ordered was not even close to what I had ordered. Several details were missing, the colors were either washed out or just plain incorrect, and the quality was awful. I emailed them, telling them about the product they sent me, and their response was:

"We are so sorry about your order. This is our mistake and if you want to reorder it. Please use this code for 5% OFF "20FIRST".

Thank you so much and have a nice day."

The shirt order was cancelled, by them, claiming

"Order #9697 was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded."

This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only were they unwilling to do anything about the hoodie they screwed up, but they cancelled an order claiming they didn't have enough stock, whatever that means. Guess The Unique Tee ran out of shirts. Do not under any circumstances order from The Unique Tee.

Do not under any circumstances buy from this site. The shirt fabric is extremely low quality (scratchy and rigid) and the prints are even worse. Looks like they were done with a cheap $50 heat press. The design was still sticky and smelled like paint. Absolutely awful waste of $25. To add insult to injury the shirt tags were stained yellow, which means the shirts are kept in areas where people are smoking.

August 24, 2017 I purchased a Michael Jackson T-Shirt from The Unique Tee for $26.76 including shipping. They claimed to have a 2-6 day processing plus shipping turnaround. I filed a claim with PayPal on September 1, 2017 because I had not received notification of my package being shipped as of that date and began to worry. After filing my claim with PayPal, September 2, 2017 I receive a message from The Unique Tee stating my package was on the way and that they don't work on the weekends. Today, September 9, 2017, I receive my package. Much to my surprise after waiting clearly more than 6 days to receive it, it is absolutely nothing like the picture!! In fact, Michael Jackson is nowhere to be found on the shirt, only white specks. I have pictures to validate my claim. This is beyond ridiculous, tacky and unprofessional on The Unique Tee's part. I am requesting a full refund of $26.76 because the item I received is not what was advertised on their site.

This website sells stolen designs. Do a quick Google search and you'll see how many artists they have hurt.
