Roma wood bed frame very bad quality …
Bought a wooden bed frame from the company. The fitters broke it while building it. Weeks later they came out to repair it but failed. Now after less than a year the bed is falling to pieces. Avoid.

Terrible experience
I ordered and paid for a matteress in the store that we tried out and found very soft, however on delivery we had the wrong matteress delivered. Delivery driver said we had been 'upgraded' and asked me for £20 cash for delivery, which we were not made aware of. The 'upgrade' was a matteress they were selling for £100 less than the one I wanted, and I found out that MY mattress wasnt in stock in the size i needed. A day later, they sent me a new matteress and took away the 'upgrade'. The new mattress was aparently the one i bought that they had 'found' in stock, despite being told by 2 people a double size was not in stock a day previously. However on recieving it, it was not soft at all, and 8 year old son called it, a slab of concrete. I called the store, who wouldnt help and waited 4 days for a manager. The manager spoke with an unkind attitude and firmly refused to refund and told me i had bought it, and had to keep it. I phoned head office, and was told they couldnt override the stores decision. In future i will stick with companies who offer the sleep guarentee. I was so disapointed to have no customer support and have wasted my money.

The mattress that you ordered was an ex-display mattress that was heavily discounted however after speaking to the store I am aware that as a good will gesture we discounted the mattress further.

The best carpet fitter Simon
Had our flooring laid on July 6th by Simon from United Carpets from start to finish he was brilliant his craftsmanship was the best we have ever had he was friendly and he did every room to perfection I would highly recommend him and if we need any new flooring we would have him again so thanks Simon you did a brilliant job

Alfreton store. Poor customer service
I had my carpet from Alfreton store Derby and paid for fitting also. This was 4 weeks ago and i still have not had my joining bar/strip installed so now my carpet is getting ripples in it which will not last when being hoovered. I have scheduled the bar to be installed 3 times and it still isn't done. Poor customer service.

Book for wasting my time.
I had to put one star because zero stars wasn’t allowed. I book in nearly two weeks ago to have my whole house measured for new carpets. Battlers traffic to get home on time for a appointment at 14.30 to be told when I rang them that they don’t measure after 14.00 why did your shop book it in then for 14.30 then. Safe to say they won’t be fitting my carpet. We’ll that’s 8 rooms and two staircases less work for you to fit.

Poorly fitted flooring
Had my flooring fitted for 6/7 months and only just got round to decorating, as I am decorating I’m noticing small problems with the flooring, it’s coming up in places, it’s not been sealed correctly and the sealant is coming off, some places the flooring looks like it’s been ripped and looks very tatty. My carpet has not been properly fitted and neither has my flooring, very disappointed
