I had a really positive experience at United Carpets & Beds in Arnold, and I’d especially like to thank Rob for all his help. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and making the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Rob was never pushy and was more than happy to answer all of my questions, offer advice and help me find the right option. His excellent customer service really stood out, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy.

A big thank you to Rob at United Carpets Daybrook for helping us sort out what we needed .We had Carpets upstairs then laminate flooring downstairs. Great service and great price .
Then a week later Simon came out to fit on his own what an amazing job he did, turned up on time and just cracked on .From ordering to fitting all done within a week . I would definitely recommend if you want a Carpet or laminate flooring done . Thanks the Wardle's

Jay was very polite, very hardworking, he gave my mum a great deal on carpets, we got two carpets, grippers, carpet spray and underlay for a very low price , definatly recommend , will be coming back again!
