Carpets for 3 rooms before selling…
Carpets for 3 rooms before selling property. Following measuring was given quote for chosen carpet and one on sale which I was assured would look good not like a cheap carpet. Asked for carpet to be fitted pm came am. One carpet cut too short had to come back following day. Carpets do look cheap very disappointed. Impossible to get pile going same way so always leaves marks where hoovered. Should have stuck with my choice not been swayed by salesman. You get what you pay for - be warned.

Superb service,had new carpets throughout house, came out quoted on a Monday,fitted by Thursday,look and feel fantastic,hall,stairs,landing & 4 bedrooms , two lovely men did it in a day, very happy

Fantastic service from United Carpets…
Fantastic service from United Carpets in Crewe down to the fitter's, I’m in love with my flooring and carpets, I know it’s weird 😁
I paid extra for a better quality underlay on stairs and landing what a difference it made, my bedroom carpet now feels threadbare after coming off the landing.
Will definitely be recommending United Carpets and I’ll be back for more when I finished decorating

Money grabbing theiving jokers
Money grabbing theiving jokers. This lot have decided it is OK to hand over parking at their shop in Crewe to an enforcement agency so even if you park outside their shop at 7.30 in the evening and are there for more than an hour you get a £100.00 parking fine. There is no option to pay for your parking even if you want to. When questioned they just wash their hands of the situation. Won't ever be buying anything from these thieves.

Great service
After telephoning, an appointment to measure up was made the same day. Eddie measured up & brought samples with him as requested. A quotation was received the following morning & was very competitive. We accepted immediately & a fitting date booked. Extremely efficient, competitive & we have to say what a professional gentleman we were fortunate to deal with. Fast, efficient, competitive, professional. Highly recommended. Thank you so far.

Store experience was spot on
Store experience was spot on. Eddie was great. Total invoice included everything we needed, delivery, fitting & underlay.
The fitters fitted in a timely manner. They were clean, tidy & efficient.

Asking for a review on a bed they have not delivered
The bed i have still not received and now my little boy has to sleep on the floor! Also the new delivery date is now causing me to miss 2 hours of work which comes out of my pocket! So really cannot recommend buying for here

A local firm, good choice of carpets, friendly staff. Bought two carpets, one for bedroom and the other for Lounge. Really pleased with both of them. Great job done by the fitters. Would buy another one when we need one.
