Great choice of carpets, never felt pressurised in the saleroom. The fitting was arranged speedily and they fitters arrived on time working speedily to remove the old stair carpet and fit the new underlay and carpet. Feels superb every time I go upstairs. Thank you.

Recommended by a friend. Plenty of choice, design/colour and price. No pressure from sales team but plenty of good advice when needed. Arrived well within delivery time expected and fitted by friendly team.

Lovely carpet, chosen from an extensive range. Ordered and soon as it came arranged fitting. The fitters were quick, although it was a small room. Very professional from choosing to fitting 2-3 weeks. NHS discount was a bonus too, that saving paid for the fitting.

Experienced salespersons with plenty of advice whilst in the shop, suggesting that our new carpet could be fitted without any joints in it as our old carpet previously had. We where in the process of redecorating our house and didn’t need the carpet fitting straight away, the store informed us when our carpet was delivered to store, but stored it for us until we were ready. We contacted the store for arranging a fitting date which was arranged promptly. The carpet fitters let us know the approximate arrival time on the day of fitting, arrived and measured the area, went to collect the carpet which had been cut to approximate size. We had 3 fitters to complete the fitting (Leons team) which was done professionally and with consideration of our newly decorated area.
Carpet looks great and we are very happy with the result.

Staff at Boothferry are very knowledgeable in what they do. Rang them to enquire and popped into store. After already buying our bedroom carpet we took our daughter in law in. The guys were fab. He explained what the purpose of an underlay does and how it changes the feel of a carpet. Quoted for a bedroom.

Brilliant staff at the Boothferry road store. Went in looking for a new bed and mattress, Jay helped and advised me to choose the mattress most suited to me by having me try out several varying mattresess from soft to hard and left me to choose. the advice given was most helpful as i now sleep better. The bed arrived and was put together by specialist staff which was a great help.A great thank you to them all there in the Boothferry Road branch..

Good fitting team and worked hard fitting both sets of stairs, landing and hallway. Although put wrong grippers down originally to what I bought for doorways, came back and rectified, Carpets lovely quality and so too the vinyl. Good service whilst in the shop and a lot of choice. Sales team gave me good advice as to which carpets would wear the best over time.

Used the store at Boothferry Road, Hull. Good 'old fashioned' customer service. The two guys working there clearly knew their business and soon came up with a cost effective solution for carpeting and vinyl flooring for the downstairs of a rental property. I will use again and would recommend to others.

I am moving back to hull. Decided that I wanted carpets in two rooms before moving in. In less than a week. I telephoned up got measured picked carpets and was fitted. Excellent service by all.

We bought a full divan with an eze 2000 spring mattress and we were well informed on the difference of mattress and trying out for both of us to see results. They had a good range and reasonable prices and if you wanted interest free purchase. Jay and Ray were very professional and very happy to discuss our requirements and we shall be back again as we need another purchase from their boothferry road branch

The guy's in the shop were spot on. I couldn't fault them. Carpet fitters even fitted on a bankholiday. And they nearly smiled 😀.

The staff are very professional and helpful from the start of the inquiry process until the end of the fitting. I am so pleased with my new vinyl floor and carpet.

Really happy with my fitted herringbone laminate flooring in my hallway! Slight issue with a miscalculation for the cuts required, but this was easily resolved and a new box was ordered free of charge. Floor fitter Nick was also very good.

Great customer service from the store on Boothferry Road in Hull. Have used many times and always get exactly what I want. Arrange fitting within a couple of days. Good quality carpets every time at a really competitive price. Really like this flooring company and will definitely use again when I move house soon.

Went into to buy flooring for my kitchen and hallway. Ray was brilliant he gave me good advice explaining if I bought lino I would end up wasting o er half of it with the measurements and the lay put of my kitchen/hallway. We looked at alternatives and we went with wooden flooring. Ray explained that it looked like my measurements were to big and showed me exactly what to measure.

Fantastic service and fitting wouldn’t go any where else
