Great quality carpets
Everyone is so helpful. Carpets are excellent quality and reasonably priced. Carpet fitters do a great job. Absolutely no complaints at all.

EDIT to reflect that the work was completed. We can now say we are back to being happy.
We initially were very happy with our experience. However, we have been trying to get the fitter to come and sort out the bumps left under the carpet. Unfortunately despite us contacting the store 3 times via phone and visiting once we have been promised the fitter would call every time. Of course they haven’t and the store have not chased it. So we cannot recommend due to lack of after support - it hasn’t been down a month… and no we will have to pay out of pocket to get sorted.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, who didn't hassle us, but helped with speedy calculations when I asked. Prices are good, fitted the day we wanted by friendly fitters, so great all round experience!

Put me down for a first appointment to…
Put me down for a first appointment to fit my carpet by dinner time (12ish) heard nothing so rung the shop for them to apologise that a fitter had let them down... so why not ring me to tell me this ? Told them I had to go out for 3 for an appointment so needed to know when they was coming to be told I'll ring the others and get back to you straight away, yet again nothing until the carpet fitters themselves rung an hr later to say they was on their way . Carpet fitters brilliant 5* however shop after customer service stinks.

Terrible, expensive and very poor aftersales!
In store i asked for a good underlay!! the carpet rollend i picked felt good quality and cost £160 with free fitting!! after paying for carpet,underlay, grippers and a strip for the door ( which was no good and fitters took back) the total was £348! this was for a bedroom 11ft by 8! the carpet feels like theres no underlay under and your walking on floorboards? but the fitters said you have an upgraded underlay as they used mine on a previous job by mistake? The carpet became very saggy, i could called the shop 5 times to complain about the underlay and sagging, and explained wardrobes were getting delivered and fitted a couple of days later!! it took over a week later and ended up writing a bad review on facebook before anyone acted and sent the fitters back, bu this time it was too late to be able to take it up and put a better underlay under as wardrobes were fitted! Would i buy from here again? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! terrible service!!

Poorly fitted carpet
Supposed to come and sort out badly fitted carpet, never showed up.
Very poor after sales.
Completely disinterested in customers once you have paid
No they haven't replaced it, no they don't answer the telephone and No I am not happy about any of their service, unbelievable

Carpet was stained and poorly fitted
Carpet was stained and poorly fitted , door strip missing, fitter never showed up next as promised , complained nxt day, fitter failed to show again, wasted day of anual leave, complained again , tried to remove stain but failed, this went on several weeks before resolved, would never use again !!

Great service and cheap quality products!
We first went to this store after shopping around so much online at otherstores. Then we came across this gem.
When we went to the store we weren't bombarded with help but we werr initially given space to browse before being approached. Exactly how I like.
We found a carpet we liked, we got the deal and got it installed when we needed it.
Great experience all around from management to staff. 😊
