Easy process from ordering to delivery & fitting.
Both in store & the guys who fitted it couldn’t have been more helpful…very professional & can’t recommend them highly enough.

Recently refloored the whole of our ground floor and stairs. The guys at UCB Lincoln gave brilliant advice and were so friendly and helpful through the whole process. Will certainly use them again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service from this company, every inch of detail was perfect. Any problem I had was solved by Bradley hardy himself. As someone who has a disability and struggled to move and need extra understanding Bradley and his father Scott hardy went to extra lengths to make my home look perfect! And to there extra pair of hands for making it look unreal cam rowesome.
I couldn’t ask recommend a better company or lads to come and fit your floors they’re standard and politeness is five star.

We purchased our carpet at the lincoln branch deacon Rd, friendly staff , very helpful, they let's us look around and gave advice when we needed it , we chose our carpet set a date for it to be fitted , we had to change our fitting date not a problem they worked with us we were so grateful, carpet fitters were great and did a great job tidy up and cleared everything away

We went in looking for new carpet and a new mattress and was greeted by a staff member named Ryan by the door. He was very genuine, didn't make us feel pressured and was very informative throughout the whole process. Helped answer any queries we had along the way and went the extra mile by confirming measurements in our new home, just to avoid any hiccups on fitting day. Will definitely be using United again in the future

We and my wife have lived in our house since it was built 16 years ago. United carpets did the original installation and were great 👍 👌. Very high standard and very efficient and courteous
They then renewed again after 8 years and again last week. Always great service them. Well done Bradley and the 2 fitters jake and Paul. The best. Keep it up guys!!.

Im disabled and this company was 5star from beginning to end the carpet and underlay was a great price, and im really pleased with my purchase, because i was disabled they could work around both my sofas so that was a big thing for me because i didn't have to pay to get my sofas moved, i would highly recommend the company and i will definitely be going back at some point

I felt at time they weren’t very professional (initial contact with Rotherham was better than Lincoln), and the quality is just not as good as I was expecting. Their carpet is better than their laminate, but it is starting to come up a little in places. I just sadly wouldn’t go back, or recommend unfortunately, the prices you pay vs the quality, I have used better providers online. I am disappointed with the quality and some elements of the service received.

Order our vinyl flooring got great help and service in the shop initially.
2 fitters arrived on the arranged date/time but unfortunately the vinyl wasn’t fitted very well and there was even a cut/tear that they had glued down to cover it up but later claimed they didn’t notice it and also air bubbles of witch they said they would come back and rectify.
We spoke to the shop and explained we weren’t happy of which they arranged either a small amount of discount or to be replaced we opted for the latter they arranged another time /date to come and firstly take up the original floor of which they did and returned the following day to lay the new floor.
Taking into account we have recently paid over £800 to have the floor screed and made perfectly flat , unfortunately the fitters didn’t fully remove all of the backing from the previous vinyl which as caused lump in our new vinyl.
I telephone the shop to speak with the manager who wasn’t in and spoke with an assistant who in return stated he would get the manager to call the following day this never happened
It appears to us that a lot of company’s are just out to get what they can out of you and take your money and don’t want to know about the problems
With this in mind we will definitely not be using united carpet s again

I would just like to say after speaking with the store Manager who offered to come out again, I clearly stated that we didn’t want the hassle and that we will live with it, I didn’t once say I was satisfied with it.

I gave you 4 stars out of 5 stars because if I gave you 5 stars their would be no room for improvement, carpet fitters where polite and Bang-on, would use you again.

Really helpful staff in the shop who organised fitting at short notice. Carpet fitted well in a difficult area

Recently wrote a review for this company saying how great it was, decided to have some more laminate flooring laid, in hallway with same fitters, job was delayed, because of illness,fair enough, when fitters finished they asked for £150 more than I had been quoted.
One of the door bars was damaged scratched, when fitted, fitter agread to come back on the following Monday.
Got a call from the shop, day after fitting saying I should pay the fitters more money, I said I would speak to them when they come to replace door bar, foolishly I spoke to the fitter on the phone and he said it would really help him out to transfer by bank transfer that day and he would come back Monday, so sent him £80, not seen him since, despite texting and calling.

Really easy to order.

Slight change to the stair caret on the day but received a call and was upgraded to an even nicer one.

Fitters were friendly and professional and had my new stair and living room carpets down in no time.

Great service.

Will definitely be ordering again for my bedroom.
