Great experience
Great experience. Really helpful in store and accommodated me when I needed to change the date for fitting. The fitting guy Logan was amazing. Professional, friendly and really helpful as it turned out I had been rushed to hospital when the carpet had to be fitted so he was very helpful with my boys to make sure it could all still be done whilst I was poorly.

Warm welcome at the Mansfield store - took the time to understand the work I needed doing - professional, friendly service - good communication throughout the job - accommodating when things didn’t go to plan - expert advice from the fitter on the day - exceptional pleased with the end result and much cheaper than the other quotes I had - highly recommend

Great value, great quality
Very happy with our recent purchase from United Carpets in Mansfield. This was our second order from them and each time, they have been great value for money and great quality. We don’t tend to even shop around anymore as we always end up back at United due to them being much cheaper than other places like Wilson’s etc. The assistants in store are always happy to help you work out prices, etc and we were even able to bring a sample home to check it looked right in the room. The process from ordering to fitting was smooth and the fitting team were fab both times. The phone call about 20 mins before they arrived was super helpful too and the team were really friendly as well which makes a big difference when they’re coming into your home. Will definitely order again when the time comes!

We always seem to come away from here with a lovely carpet and a great experience as the staff are so lovely, I wish we'd have got his name but it's the second time the shop assistant has helped us find the carpet and get it delivered super fast! Really nice carpet too, we always go back here because we're always happy. Thank you!

Great in store experience , in terms of staff knowledge and helpfulness. This was followed up by a prompt visit for measuring and quotes . Fitting booked in the following week. Great service all round and would definitely recommend.

I had my lounge and passageway recently…
I had my lounge and passageway recently carpeted and couldn't be happier, the guys arrived when they said they would and immediately went to work, I struggle with my knees at moment but they told me to sit back and not worry. They were excellent very professional and quality of workmanship 💯 the carpet is amazing like being on a mattress, would Def recommend them to family and friends 😊😊👍
