Received a text on the day with a 2 hour time slot. Karl arrived looking smart & professional, he was polite, helpful & got straight on with the job, he fitted carpet perfect..& even helped on my hallway carpet… ABSOLUTE CREDIT to United Carpets… would highly recommend 😁

The carpet in general was good and very beautiful ,however the fitting of the carpet was quite poor and the edges are lifting up and are accident prone and needs sorting ASAP

UPDATE: After speaking with store again today we have been in touch and arranged for the fitter to return to your property to rectify any concerns with the fitting.

Great friendly service Lovely flooring /carpet However almost 4 grand to carpet/laminate a two bed house is crazy and I've now been quoted alot cheaper for very similar so next time will be opting for that

With regards to the cost of your project, we have a huge range of carpets to choose from starting at £5.99m2, plus a range of room-sized roll ends which are heavily discounted. The cost of your project will depend on which type of flooring you choose. If a customer comes with a set budget in mind, our sales team work hard to achieve the goal within this budget, however, if you choose a more luxury option for your flooring, this is reflected in the cost.

I rang nearest branch at Ilkeston re…
I rang nearest branch at Ilkeston re new mattress. They hadn't the one in stock that I'd seen online but suggested I ring round. Rang Hartley Road branch in Nottingham who had the mattress, took my payment online and delivered next day to Awsworth ( approx 7miles).
Excellent service and I was very pleased with the mattress. Will use your company again anytime!! Thank you very much

The shop experience was excellent.
The shop experience was excellent.
The delivery was not so great I got the impression that they were running late and tried to dump and run I had to remind them of the fact that we had paid to build the bed.They agreed under duress not the best service.

MariaBn and her team were great
Marian and her team were great. They are patient sociable funny and well informed. There is a wide selection of carpets across their price range and the fitters they have are curtious professional and helpful.
I have been to the shop 3times and have not been disappointed once, my home has been transformed.

We had a stair carpet fitted
We had a stair carpet fitted. The fitter turned up on time, was very efficient but though we were not told that he would leave the excess carpet, underlay and packaging, which we were not happy about and meant an unexpected trip to the tip

Carpets & underlay for whole flat.
Been buying carpets from here for over 10yrs, which included moving home 2 times. Very helpful staff in the shop. Carpet fitting within the 2 hrs window. The fitter rings to let you know when he will be there. Fitting was perfect. Thank you.
