Just brilliant.

We needed carpets for our first floor and stairs. Have us great advice. They held back one bedroom carpet until we were ready (6 months). Brilliant.

We asked them to come back and refit one bedroom carpet after having fitted warbrobes installed. Brilliant.

All at a reasonable cost. Briliiant.

Tomasz is brilliant! He deals with all of our requests and has the carpets and vinyl fitted really quickly professionally.
All the carpet fitters have been great to, never any issues. Highly recommend 👍

I have been using United Carpets for years. Always get good service and always polite. Good prices and great products. I will continue to buy all my carpets and flooring from them.

We first went for a rough quote from United carpets and was good customer service. We had a few set backs with our new build so measuring up kept delayed. They gave us a quote off the floor plan. We placed ordered online to the exact measurements of the floor plan which were correct. I then received a phone call regarding my order explaining that what ever is extra needed I would not have to pay any more. They then came and quoted and said the order was incorrect and still to this day I have not received a break down of the online order I placed. They did not throw the extras in for free at all. They advertise free fitting if you buy there underlay this is not true at all! They tried to charge me for fitting which I declined. They told me the carpets I had purchased are no good despite them recommending them! We decided to fit the carpets our selfs as they wanted £300 to fit the carpets and vinyl. We arranged for everything to be delivered between 10:30-12pm they did not arrive until 2:30pm and failed to contact us.
I would avoid this company at all costs especially the Nuneaton branch! Rude arrogant staff that lie there way through the day.

Second time we have used United Carpets, excellent service from the second we entered the store till the fitting was done. Both fitters were extremely professional and very polite and helpful. If we had more floor space we would be back right away

This was our 5th carpet from the Nuneaton store, great service and great fitting. The carpet looks fantastic and many comments from friends and family. Will definitely be buying our next stairs and landing carpet from this store. Well done.

Nuneaton - purchased laminate flooring for our full downstairs. Was told it was in stock, booked a fitting date for 4 weeks time. The day before we emptied out our whole downstairs and stripped out the carpet (as they would not do this). On the day the fitter arrived with the flooring only to tell me whilst the boxes looked the same, they were different fitting methods and would not fit together. No more stock of that flooring in the UK apparently, so I am now left with no flooring and all of our downstairs house out in the garden. Service from the store was terrible, they took hours to call me about this and no offer of compensation. Had to visit the store the following day to look at alternatives but none matched what we wanted so asked for a refund which seemed like a massive hassle to the store, when it was their problem in the first place. They did not check the stock, seemed to be no system to know what stock they actually had before promising to a customer. Do not buy from this store, really unhelpful and I am left with a dusty concrete floor for young children to play on.
