The bed was great
The bed was great , the parts need marking better . Carpet no good , still loosing fibres and bald patch getting bigger , lots of carpet pills .

One door plate hasn't been fitted…
One door plate hasn't been fitted properly but I intend mentioning it when I get them back to fit some vinyl in the kitchen. Otherwise I was happy with the sales person and happy with the carpet and fitters

Great flooring company
We have used United Carpets and beds to replace the flooring in almost all of our house and they have been fantastic every time. The staff working in the shop are friendly and approachable and give fab advice about different types of flooring to make sure you are making the right choice for your home and the fitters are really tidy and efficient. Will absolutely use them again the future if we need any other flooring!

United carpets is the only place we use for carpets, front of house customer service, quality/ price are all excellent. The fitting lads always do a great job and respect our property. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks again!

Very disappointed with the appearance…
Very disappointed with the appearance of my stair carpet due to the fact inferior underlay used under a Wilton carpet wasn’t cheap what I was charged and was told if I wanted a thicker underlay I would have been charged more the excuse was my floorboards well I’ve had the same floorboards for 28years and never ever have they shown through a carpet needless to say I won’t be using them again

Ensure their size and quote is correct
The carpet and underlay are good.
I gave the correct size in the shop.
They sent a fitter to measure, he said the size was wrong. I showed him the size I had given, this was correct.
I was charged over another £100 more.
I will not go back for anything else.
They have done this to a number of people I have spoken to.
Not good business

Screw under Lino
We had near enough full house spent around £1300 and now the bathroom Lino has been pierced by a screw under neath the Lino is now pierced as it’s been glued down

Luke was really helpful in finding me an inexpensive temporary floor covering until we're ready to do a full carpet fit. Nice to see someone helping with the small purchases, not just the large.
