Got laminate from them with underlay…
Got laminate from them with underlay and edging didn't use it all had 3 boxes left over they wouldn't take them back won't be using them again.

Showroom staff were lovely and for us…
Showroom staff were lovely and for us the carpets we wanted for our budget. Only issue we had was with the fitters came a lot later then advised by a few hours, which was okay because it was very hot. Trims were incorrect supposed to be brass, tags left in carpet and some corners of the living room don't look fitted well. Also a bent trim on bathroom. Would recommend the showroom but advised people to find there own fitters.

The service in the shop was excellent
The service in the shop was excellent, rang to change the fitting date due to a problem at my end, very accommodating, contact from fitter was spot on, came and did an amazing job, will definitely use this service again

We picked a herringbone laminate for…
We picked a herringbone laminate for our hallway and were very impressed with the quality and cost.The staff were very friendly and helpful as always. The independent fitter they recommended called Dan was absolutely excellent, he did a superb job and went above and beyond.

Scott was brilliant - he was friendly and knowledgable and really took the time to understand our requirements, making meaningful suggestions to get us the best value option for our money.
We visited twice and everything offered on the first visit was honoured on the second. We will definitely be back if needing another carpet in the future at any point.

The carpets i purchased are beautiful

Everything has been fine but after the fitting I was left with my old carpet to dispose of and a large heavy cardboard tube 5m long to dispose of myself. An improved service would include disposal of waste.
