A very big thank you to wonderful Norman who works at the Southport branch. He really helped me when choosing my carpets and vinyl wood flooring, his lovely warm manner and kindness and professionalism made me feel so relaxed and made my experience with united carpets a wonderful one. Every step of the way from ordering to measuring up and booking in the fitters, he made me feel so at ease and I couldn’t have asked for anyone as nice as Norman, he went above and beyond. United carpets are very lucky to have such a wonderful person working in their company. Thank you Norman. I was very pleased with the quality of carpets and vinyl wooden flooring, the guys did a splendid job with the fitting. A great experience with United Carpets.

Lovely carpet and a good price
Lovely carpet and a good price. Salesman was really attentive despite being busy.
Fitting service was quick and on time but did cause a small bit of damage to a new door by not screwing the door plate down fully. Also left ALL the off cuts in a bin bag outside our front door! Not the best surprise!

Purchase and fitting of office carpet
Very quick efficient service and lots of choice. Easy to park. Instant quote, and very reasonable. I will be returning to purchase stair carpet in the future

Southport United Carpet Store
Would like to thank United Carpets, Southport for their help and advice on flooring for our newly redecorated hall, stairs and landing. The assistant manager, Norman went over and above, providing patient, old fashioned customer service, something that's very rare these days; coming to our house that very evening for measuring up and organising for the fitter to screed our hall floor ready for vinyl. Steve, the fitter came out Sunday morning to do the screeding and then did a fantastic job, fitting the vinyl in the hall and underlay/carpet on the landing and stairs. Both Norman and Steve are a credit to the company. Thanks again so much.

I walked around the showroom looking for g for a red carpet, initially I didn’t see one so I asked the showroom attendant. He soon had a selection lined up for me. Various qualities and styles. I quickly chose what I was looking for and placed the order. I’m delighted with the result. ❤️
