Good service pre sale, poor after service.
The service whilst in the shop was excellent, however the carpet was not stretched properly and is now wrinkled in multiple places. I spoke to the manager in store before Christmas and he promised me he would get the fitters to contact me and arrange to come back and re-fit. I'm still waiting and left with a carpet that looks awful.

I needed a bedroom carpet swiftly (redecoration really showed up the old carpet and I had guests arriving in ten days!). No problem for United Carpets - selected carpet, paid for, and fitting booked, for within the week. Thank you!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful
Norman was welcoming and helpful. The laminated flooring looks really good. The guys who fitted it were skillful, worked hard all day and did a great job.

From the measuring to the end product of laying my carpet, I couldn’t fault the service it was excellent, I would always recommend them , great choice & assistance In the shop when choosing flooring , fitters ring you before they come which is great

Excellent service from start to finish
From the minute I stepped into the showroom to having my flooring fitted I received 5* treatment. The guy in the shop - so helpful, informative and friendly, the guy who measured up - friendly and professional and the fitter - friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again. Have used them in the past before and received the same service as above

What a fantastic team. The shop so helpful, the measuring service, quick & really helpful in finalising my order, & the fitters, quick, professional & tidy.

Very professional
Very professional. Great carpet fitters give you an excellent job and if you want a helpful, curtious and good experience to buying your carpets then look no further than Norman who gives great customer service. Wouldn't go anywhere else !
